Top notch place! As a local from Brindisi that travels all over the world, this place goes above and beyond. Beside the great food, the server that helped us was awesome, great customer service! The guys welcomed us when we got in and explained how it works, great meats and food. If you like trippa get the one in the red sauce, it’s done very well (a lot of places don’t know how to prepare trippa, they do). Traditional local food, great customer service and nice ambiance, you can see the passion in their business.

What can I say? Highly recommended.
Delicious meat, fast service, and impeccable.
Spectacular platter, it costs 18 euros but it's worth it.
Beautiful location.
The bill is a little high, but you know, quality comes at a price.
My only suggestion: a little house wine in bulk at a reasonable price.

"Francesca (the skinny one)" returns forcefully and directs us to Braceria Pomodoro in Cisternino. As a day trip, we enjoyed the company and the urban atmosphere surrounding the grill. Very popular, there are strict seating schedules. Service is quick and straightforward. Among the vegetable appetizers, the sautéed yellow datterini tomatoes are a delight. A mix of grilled cutlets and picanha dishes are of undeniable quality. A pleasant evening.

Perfect evening, excellent meat, beautifully cooked... a nice place downtown. The experience of choosing your own piece of meat and sitting at a table is lovely.
The service may be a bit chaotic, but with so many people, I can still live with it. The quality of the meat makes you forget everything else, especially the meatballs with sauce; they melt in your mouth!!!
The bombette and sausage were cooked beautifully, tasty and homemade.
The price is fair for the quality.
The interior location is very quaint, the outdoor tables are a bit too "touristy"...
A place I absolutely recommend!
