The meat is excellent and cooked to perfection, and the dishes are also very good!
It's a shame the service isn't up to par: the staff aren't smiling and don't take care of the customers (perhaps bordering on ignorance because we're tourists...).
In short, go there for the food, not for the friendliness or the atmosphere...

Finding this restaurant on our penultimate night in Puglia was a perfect end to our holiday. Quite simply choose your meat and have it cooked on a charcoal grill. A great selection of sausages and kebabs and fantastic meat. I had ribeye as 2nd course that was cooked to perfection, great location and food.

We managed to get a table without booking, the manager slipped us into a very busy schedule. Both me and my wife can safely say with our hands on our heart this was the most amazing meat selection and taste amazing thank you, we hope to see you again in JULY FANTASTIC

Very tasty food. You can first make your choice of meat and then be led to your table. You can then choose your starter and site dishes. The downside was that the main course was served while we had not yet finished the starter. But otherwise a delicious meal. A bit more expensive than the other evenings we ate out in Carovigno
