Braceria "rurale" situata in zona Frasso, materie prime di qualità, in grado di accontentare i palati di tutti i carnivori... antipasto di salumi buono e della giusta quantità, per renderlo eccellente accompagnatelo con la loro focaccia...tagliata alla brace di livello, ma tutti i tagli di carne proposti meritano... personale giovane e gentile... conto giusto!

I wanted to thank the Braceria staff who welcomed my epileptic dog last night, reserving a secluded place for us in the garden and treating us with kindness, extreme hospitality, empathy... In short, they saved our evening.
We were fleeing from Terracina because of the feast of the Madonna del Carmine and the consequent fireworks, it would have been a nightmare for my dog. We called them around 10pm and they immediately reserved a table for us (not at all obvious given the time). We had already been to them to taste their meat delicacies, which are already worth 5 stars... But the attention given last night was wonderful!
Thanks on behalf of my company and Kyra, we will definitely be back ❤️

Cozy place, very nice tables on the lawn area. I only recommend lowering the volume of the music that comes out of the huge speakers and being the first table we could hardly talk. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, to my taste, the tartare was served with too much oil, I usually eat it to season to my liking and the consistency of the meat was "minced" and not in pieces. Very good side dishes especially the baked potatoes.
The only thing that disappointed us was the moment of the bill as during the order we had communicated the desired weight of a cut and a fillet, only to then discover that they had been made larger and being the cost per hectare, it is not a very correct thing.

1.2 kg Fiorentina cooked very well, instead wine by the glass served too hot for the summer. Service willing and kind but a little confusing: they charged me for a slice of watermelon that I hadn't ordered but unfortunately I noticed it very much after returning home; acceptable quality-price ratio; to return paying more attention to the bill.

Una bella serata all'aperto arricchita da ottimi antipasti e da una bistecca magnifica. Il conto è stato un pò salato ma sicuramente rapportato alla qualità data. Da ritornarci quando si ricapita in zona.

What can I say, we ended up here in December 2021 a bit by mistake but I must say that until today, April 2024, it has always been in our memories
Fair prices however for eating meat, which absolutely does not lack in quality, varied menu and their amatriciana is superb, the location in my opinion is something unique, objectively, very well looked after, clean, simple;
As far as the service is concerned, I can only comment positively, kind, friendly and helpful
We hope to see each other soon because although we live in a city in the Marche region, therefore more than 3 hours by car, coming here will always be a tasty surprise!!!
