Knowledge of the raw material. There is little to say, the management philosophy can be summed up like this; few frills and lots and lots of quality. I was looking for a good barbecue place after a morning of work in the area and it couldn't have gone better; if I didn't live in Naples it would certainly be a fixed stop every week. Not bad; I'll be back to visit Fernando next time I'm in the area!
