I went there by chance with my family, it was a very pleasant discovery. Excellent quality meat, punctual and courteous service, friendly owner, honest price. TOP QUALITY. Recommended.

In quel di Cisternino in vacanza volevamo assaggiare le famose bombette.. tra vari consigli sulle macellerie/bracerie decidiamo di prenotare in questo posto. Tavolo riservato per le 20.30, puntuali arriviamo a destinazione.. subito accolti da Donato ed il titolare franco , calorosi e simpatici, scegliamo la carne e ci accomodiamo ed ordiniamo da bere e degli antipasti.. carpaccio e salumi stratosferici.. volevamo vedere la brace e siamo scesi giù per la curiosità.. qui abbiamo conosciuto il fuochista Francesco, e sembrava fossimo amici da una vita(simpaticissimo). cottura e qualità della carne ottima.. insomma, esperienza fantastica, consigliatissimo

Con amici ci siamo avventurati in questo borgo incantevole.. non sapendo dove cenare ci siamo fermati in questa braceria situata all'ingresso del centro storico.. mai fatta scelta più azzeccata.. personale gentilissimo (soprattutto il cameriere con il crestino) e qualità della carne ottima.. prezzo accessibile a tutti nella media.. ottima esperienza e digestivo a chiudere (alloro) ottimo.. consigliatissimo

First time this July. Excellent choice of meats, especially the bowler. The owner and Mrs. Carmela are lost and truly exquisite and very welcoming. Absolutely worth trying and trying again

A family walk through the beautiful Cisternino. By chance we found this grill. We were very satisfied. Friendly and helpful staff. Like other local grill restaurants, there is a counter to choose the meat you prefer. The choice is varied but without confusing ideas. Not excessive waiting times. The cold cuts and cheese platter is good. Obviously the meat was very good. Congratulations, if I were to return to this beautiful country I would return. Good work

We went to this grill restaurant last night, there were 10 of us, very good meat, excellent quality grilled vegetables, delicious cheeses and even the cantucci made by them with almonds were excellent. This apparently simple barbecue restaurant preserves all the flavors of the authenticity of the place starting from the raw materials, from the continents to the welcoming spontaneity of the owners and all the staff, not to mention the smell of cleanliness and shine of the open kitchen and the bathroom. You can see that whoever manages it cares as much as if it were their home. Highly recommended we will be back!!!
