Bova's In Roma

Discovered by chance after shopping at the outlet. We took some dishes, one better than the other. Top quality meat and really kind and friendly owners. We will be back very very soon!

Fantastic experience!!! A must for meat if you are in the area!! Everything was delicious, from the various cuts of meat to the "very banal" cut of chicken, simply AMAZING in terms of cooking and softness!!! Highly recommended

Taken beef rib approximately 500 g obtained from half-carcass. Possibility to choose the meat directly from the display counter, the meat is paid by weight. Excellent cooking, excellent service, they let me sit and eat even though I had a large dog. Meat matured adequately, but I don't think it's possible to find matured meat for a long time. Price certainly not cheap, perhaps slightly too high for the type of cut (€45/kg per rib, perhaps the right price is €38/kg) Very good chicory.

The best food in six days in Rome.. The meats excellent, cooked as we requested... Big portions and reasonable prices. The guys are kind and helpful... I highly recommend it....

Premise: forget about spending less than 30 euros, because what is marked €10 is always finished or missing. Food: perfect, excellent quality raw materials because they are raw materials taken directly from local companies in the Agro Romano and Agro Pontino. Service: right, neither bad nor good; It's not the level of a 5 star restaurant, but it's still servile. Except that to eat you have to wait a bit because it's not a fastfood restaurant, because the dishes are cooked with quality; so if you want something quicker, I don't recommend it; if you prefer to eat something of quality I advise you to wait. Ambiance: It is located in the middle of a shopping mall. It's convenient because after or before eating you can go shopping; on the other hand, being in the center of a shopping center it is not very intimate and sometimes noisy. Let's say an excellent point if you are near Spinaceto/Castel Romano and want to enjoy a delicious t-bone and perhaps take a tour of the shops. If you are a couple or maybe in company I recommend the mixed grills. Maybe on spring days I recommend you sit at the outdoor tables.

Ritornato dopo un annetto, offerta ampliata(forse un po’ troppo), e qualità sempre garantita. Ottima scottona, ottima tartare, buoni i prezzi adeguati alla qualità. Servizio e tanta gentilezza. Una certezza, sempre.

In due abbiamo mangiato un tagliere misto, una focaccia bianca, un tomahawk di vitello e un menu Bova's. La costata di manzo era salato ed i contorni nel menù erano praticamente inesistenti come del resto i contorni che accompagnavano il tomahawk. Nel complesso comunqune l'esperienza è stato positiva ma a mio parere i prezzi sono un pò alti considerando anche che il locale è totalmente self service (alla cassa si ordina come un fast food e poi il cibo si ritira direttamente al bancone).

To be a restaurant in a shopping mall I have to say that it actually surprised me. Very nice restaurant, good selection of cuts of meats and staff is well prepared and friendly. Thumbs up. 👍
