I ate very well. They work well and the product is worth it. They are courteous, kind, clean, well organised... the team works and the results are excellent. The system with the call to the table when ready is convenient and practical. I absolutely recommend you stop and eat at their place: from sandwiches to grilled meat, sliced beef, mixed grill... one thing better than the other. And the portions are generous, besides the fact that as far as the meat is concerned it is possible to choose the desired size. A taste experience that is not at all predictable, which makes you return without doubts and their courtesy is priceless. Congratulations to all of them, because it is truly a pleasure to come back every time.

We went to Bova's Castel Romano for a quick lunch. We took 2 Bova's burgers and the baby chicken with chips from the children's menu.. what can I say, top meat, even the bread on the burgers is very good.. we spent just over 30 euros in total and ate quality ingredients.. absolutely recommended

Fantastic experience!!! A must for meat if you are in the area!! Everything was delicious, from the various cuts of meat to the "very banal" cut of chicken, simply AMAZING in terms of cooking and softness!!! Highly recommended

Taken beef rib approximately 500 g obtained from half-carcass.
Possibility to choose the meat directly from the display counter, the meat is paid by weight.
Excellent cooking, excellent service, they let me sit and eat even though I had a large dog.
Meat matured adequately, but I don't think it's possible to find matured meat for a long time.
Price certainly not cheap, perhaps slightly too high for the type of cut (€45/kg per rib, perhaps the right price is €38/kg)

In due abbiamo mangiato un tagliere misto, una focaccia bianca, un tomahawk di vitello e un menu Bova's. La costata di manzo era salato ed i contorni nel menù erano praticamente inesistenti come del resto i contorni che accompagnavano il tomahawk. Nel complesso comunqune l'esperienza è stato positiva ma a mio parere i prezzi sono un pò alti considerando anche che il locale è totalmente self service (alla cassa si ordina come un fast food e poi il cibo si ritira direttamente al bancone).
