La carne mangiata è stata sicuramente buona e ben fatta ma questo ristopub può crescere e di tanto con una maggiore attenzione al servizio e quindi al cliente. Se ordino un panino al piatto mi aspetto di avere gli stessi ingredienti del panino.... Nel mio mancava la salsiccia e le patate da "al forno" sono diventate fritte. Forchetta sporca ma sostituita bene. È una sorta di sfidare per cui valutare se è confacente alle vostre necessità. Un po' nascosto condivide l'entrata con un supermercato. Prezzo medio.

I ate very well. They work well and the product is worth it. They are courteous, kind, clean, well organised... the team works and the results are excellent. The system with the call to the table when ready is convenient and practical. I absolutely recommend you stop and eat at their place: from sandwiches to grilled meat, sliced ​​beef, mixed grill... one thing better than the other. And the portions are generous, besides the fact that as far as the meat is concerned it is possible to choose the desired size. A taste experience that is not at all predictable, which makes you return without doubts and their courtesy is priceless. Congratulations to all of them, because it is truly a pleasure to come back every time.

We went to Bova's Castel Romano for a quick lunch. We took 2 Bova's burgers and the baby chicken with chips from the children's menu.. what can I say, top meat, even the bread on the burgers is very good.. we spent just over 30 euros in total and ate quality ingredients.. absolutely recommended

11/08/2025: What a great discovery this place is.... We were invited for a dinner with friends and what can I say... A truly surprising place... Totally immersed in greenery, family-run.... The menu has a few well-made first courses, with the option of even having a half-portion price (the portions are generous...) so if you want to be able to eat the second course and you're not a big eater, get the half-portions 😇; the house appetizer is a nice start to the various food courses... We ordered all 4 first courses to sample, all the plates were returned empty 😂♥️ The setting is peaceful and quiet, eating outside is nice. Compliments to the owner for his management. You can't miss the desserts 🍓🌹🌹 we'll definitely be back again.

13/07/2025: The setting is decidedly charming, with an outdoor area offering an oasis of cool evening shade under elegant illuminated gazebos, a well-kept garden with an impeccable green lawn, and well-spaced tables. The farmhouse, with its period charm, contributes to a unique atmosphere. The professional and courteous staff, particularly Michela, was very efficient in finding a table despite the lack of reservations, and wait times were short considering the crowds. The spacious and well-furnished interior also offers optimal table layouts. Regarding the cuisine, the meat is of excellent quality, with a wide selection to suit a variety of tastes, from premium cuts like Japanese beef to tender heifer. The cooking is impeccable and customized to the customer's preferences, and the house wine was delightful. The rotisserie heifer is an excellent choice as an appetizer, with generous portions. All in all, a memorable evening for lovers of quality meat, immersed in a lush green setting and with the option of having it cooked right at your table. The price is high, but the quality justifies it.
