Helpful and extremely friendly staff! We were assisted in purchasing two machines a year apart, first by Gaia and then by Chiara, and the experience is always top-notch! It's definitely a team effort, as we've also been assisted by other young people in purchasing capsules monthly, and we've always received a warm welcome and a keen interest in the customer's needs. Super-organized place, the coffee is delicious, and the policy of recycling capsules to make other products is fantastic! Highly recommended!

We've been customers for a few years now and we like stopping by because they always have interesting new products you can try before buying. They have a collection point for used capsules, where we drop off ours once they're finished. For fall, Federica recommended a new product: pecans with maple syrup, with an oat milk-based recipe that made it even more delicious. ☕

We arrived to try the new Barista Creation line: pumpkin spice cake. Nicole greeted us and immediately offered to make us some coffee. She specifically let us try the recipe with cinnamon syrup, cream, and crushed cookies! Meanwhile, she explained and told us a little about the new line. We really appreciated it! Thanks to Nicole for her professionalism and hospitality!
