Had the most wonderful time this afternoon with Laura who not only helped us pick out a wonderful machine that works great and looks awesome in our space but also let us practice our Italian and German with her. Plus she taught us some cool new vocab! All in all, we had a great time at the store, drank some wonderful espresso, and walked away knowing more in every way.

Very kind staff, unfortunately there is no Nespresso point in Ravenna and Luca tells me that he would be very willing to open this new shop in Ravenna or Milano Marittima

Always kind and helpful, they assist you with new product launches and promotions. I'd especially like to mention Diletta, who generously helped me resolve a problem with my Nespresso machine.
