We went in daily for their delicious pizzas followed by their amazing variety of ice cream. Definitely recommend as the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great place to eat in Sorrento! Reasonably priced, above average food and exquisite desserts. Service is prompt and courteous, and sometimes that's all you want as a tourist. To be treated well! Thank you guys!

Very nice discovery not to be missed if you go to Sorrento. Perfect location to enjoy the Corso life. The staff are really very friendly, attentive and helpful. Above all, don't miss out on tasting their ice creams which are a REAL treat.

Delicious gelato with a huge selection of flavours! Bougainvillea’s gelato became an evening routine during our holiday to Sorrento. Amazing prices and great service.

I have been coming to Sorrento for 20 years and Bougainvillea is the ice cream parlour of all ice cream parlours BUT what many overlook is their food menu that offers an al fresco restaurant of great quality and exceptional value.

In terms of ice cream, if you are from the US and know Friendly's, then you're not too far off. The staff was nice and service was prompt. The ice cream (was it actually gelato? We weren't quite sure) was fine, but we were not blown away. 4 stars for good service.

€4 for 2 scoops (and I mean scoops) of ice cream on a cone. Ice cream has always been good, let's be clear, but these prices are not justified by an increase in costs if not by pure greed. As a Sorrento, I will come to terms with it and look for alternatives. Pure bitterness.
