The clams with spaghetti came with very few clams several of which were not opened. I pointed this out to our waiter who was unapologetic borderline rude. The pizza was cooked well and the crust was good but the pizza had no flavor. They changed a comparto but it didn't come with any snacks.

The day before the current I had the pleasure of allowing my taste buds to try the ice cream from the commercial establishment "bougainvillea" located on the Corso di Sorrento. The aforementioned offers a copious variety of ice cream flavors, all of which seem worthy of a taste. My better half, as well as an honorary member of the world's diabetics council, chose a medium cone accompanied by chocolate and zuppa inglese (Insulin classic). I, often affected by issues related to the incorrect digestion of lactose, opted for a large ice cream with stracciatella, cannolo and coconut. All excellent.

Bougainvillea is 100% 5 stars! Every other year I lead a study abroad for Culinary students from Delaware Tech. Teresa and her caring staff and family welcome us with open arms to the best gelato making facility in Sorrento! They show us exactly how they do it. Only fresh ingredients and a true passionate caring mentality to serve their guests the best quality possible. Our students love the class and Teresa's warm and beyond friendly personality. She is the true meaning of Italian hospitality. Do not visit Sorrento without visiting Bougainvillea and Teresa! Thank you Bougainvillea! Your friends from Delaware Tech.

Great place for gelato! The best Cassata Siciliana gelato ever! Meththa was super friendly and great service with a smile. We loved seeing her everyday! We continue to come back every night while in Sorrento. Thank you Meththa!

Buena comida, a precios razonables. Un buen lugar para parar para un Gelleto o pasteles locales, o un aperitivo ligero para el almuerzo. Un par de veces he parado aquí en mi camino de regreso a mi alojamiento para obtener una rebanada de pizza o calzone caliente para llevar. Puede sentarse afuera en la calle concurrida o en la cafetería. El personal es amable y educado.

Soy profesor dirigiendo un viaje escolar a Sorrento con 45 estudiantes. Tuvimos una clase increíble haciendo sorbete de limón y helado de chocolate, y fuimos su primera clase de la temporada! Es la segunda vez que la visito, y planeamos volver el año que viene. El personal es maravilloso y muy sonriente y alentador - los estudiantes se lo pasaron genial. ¡Grazie Mille!

25/04/2025: A very precious place, in the name of Neapolitanism and Neapolitan classicism linked to desserts and coffee. The hospitality and professionalism of Enzo and his collaborators makes this place a real gem in the crowded Via Ruiz. I will definitely be back!

La Campagnola - Pizzeria & Trattoria

18/04/2025: Bonito ambiente relajado con comida encantadora. A nuestros hijos les encantó la pizza y tuvimos pasta. Mi especial diario de espaguetis con mejillones fue excelente.
06/04/2025: Une trattoria de bonne qualité dans un endroit calme le dimanche. Hormis nous deux il n'y avait que des napolitains, gage d'authenticité. Les plats traditionnels napolitains et le vin étaient très bons. Service sympa, le serveur a vécu en France... Par contre la "patronne", au moment de l'addition, a été très peu aimable (?)...
