On the advice of friends I go to this shop. Purchased a box with 10 pods and accompanying cow's milk ricotta. Very light, fragrant, crumbly and not at all greasy wafer, probably the best I have ever eaten. Delicate cow's milk ricotta, not raw but very creamy. It would be curious to combine the cannoli button wafer with the Albanian plain ricotta. I believe we would reach perfection. Well done.
