10/07/2025: Following a visit to the Museum of Contemporary Art (in Raffo), and with prior reservations, we had lunch for the first time at the trattoria "Da Salvatore." A place that, to be honest, feels more like a restaurant than a trattoria (refined furnishings, attention to detail), and yet it's run by Salvatore, a character who puts you at ease and empathetic from the very first moment. What can I say about the menu? It's simply rich, plentiful, and above all delicious, not to mention the staff (Giusi) who is helpful, courteous, and kind. The price was in line with the lunch (in fact, we expected a little more). The icing on the cake was seeing, prominently displayed (closed on the noticeboard), the (Official) Tapir statuette that Salvatore won for a fantasy football tournament. We will definitely return to this highly recommended "Trattoria." P.S. Enjoy your meal, everyone!

02/07/2025: Tasty appetizers, very Sicilian from the Madonie, which alone are worth the dinner. Generous portions. And then the meat, cooked on the grill, strictly of local origin. All with pleasant background music.
