I ordered their Sette Veli chocolate cake for my birthday. It was delicious! Everyone loved it and it sold out quickly. They also have a pistachio version. The staff was incredibly kind!

If you want a good coffee, I recommend this place. The service and attention are also excellent.

Run by the "deserving" heirs of Mr. De Santis. I don't know what trees grow on Via di Santa Croce in Gerusalemme—perhaps plane trees, elms, mulberry trees—but they're beautiful and provide the outdoor tables of this bar with the coolest shade in Rome. Very popular in the summer. But even in the winter, the owner turns on dedicated heaters. Friendly retirees and quick lunch aficionados happily populate the place. In the evening, happy hours are very lively and feature amazing platters. Among the many people who alternate at the bar and tables, Danilo seems like a good professional. The others are youngsters in transit who dance a bit when the cat's away, but they're not up to the task of ensuring customer satisfaction... unless you're a super hottie. At that point, everyone becomes professional and attentive. :) The chefs are excellent, and on special occasions, you can find truly special panettone and colomba cakes. But I go there for the toasted almonds.

Everything was perfect. The fries were top-notch. The salted almonds were also excellent. The platter was excellent, and the spritz was very strong. The price was fair, and the place was outside. Amazing.

De Santis is an absolute gem when it comes to pastries, but their tiramisu truly stands out! From all the tiramisus we tried during our trip, this was by far the most delicious – creamy, perfectly balanced, and simply unforgettable. A must-try if you’re in the area!
