07/08/2025: It's located inside the market. Don't think of it as a meal, but rather as a snack between lunch and dinner. It's good to have one for two people... The taste isn't bad, but it's so rich that you'll get sick of it quickly. The burgers are filled with only tripe, no vegetables. If you're in a large group, I recommend sharing the boiled tripe. There were four of us, and it was so rich that we couldn't finish it all!

03/08/2025: The tripe burger is the Lamprotetto burger. The boiled pork burger is the Bollito burger. For the boiled pork, attach a plate to the back. If you use a mixed plate, they'll mix the two together. Two people will be full if they each have a burger and a plate of boiled pork. But the person making it has practically zero hygiene, lol. The value is great, and the taste is just like long-boiled tripe and boiled pork. But the hygiene is truly terrible. Don't watch them make it. You won't be able to eat it if you do. ㅜㅠ They add a lot of salt when making the burgers, so be sure to ask them to reduce the salt or not add any at all beforehand. Ask them to add a generous amount of hot sauce, even green sauce.
