Superb birthday dinner.
We went to this restaurant for a birthday. Everything was fantastic, from the ambiance to the most important aspect: the food.
We had a fish-based menu, and every course was delicious, a sign of top-quality ingredients.
But the most interesting part is definitely the recipes, which demonstrate the expertise of the chef.
The food is as good as you'd expect. The staff is polite and friendly.
Highly recommended, an experience we'll repeat soon to try the other dishes.

A restaurant absolutely worth discovering (and then remembering).
Featured in the Michelin Guide, it manages to maintain extremely high expectations without losing its warmth and authenticity. Here, every dish, both fish and meat, is meticulously crafted: excellent quality ingredients and unforgettable flavors.
The staff is simply impeccable: attentive, present, but never intrusive. They make you feel welcomed from start to finish.
And then the owner... a rare presence. Elegant, cheerful, capable of conveying all the passion behind this place.
An experience that goes beyond dinner: it's truly something to be savoured.

On Saturday evening, February 21st, after so many thoughts (the restaurant near my house never crosses my mind, who knows why...), I tried to make a reservation. It's always busy, but it's a bit late; maybe next time... but no! A cheerful, friendly female voice called back, telling me they still had a table for four. I took it right away, and I was right. A truly wonderful experience: the place is very quiet and intimate with nice, relaxing music. The cellar is well-stocked with a wide selection of wines. We tried a good Sardinian Vermentino and an excellent Pigato. The food, in no particular order: eggs from the shop, cod balls, squid ink ravioli filled with fish and seafood sauce, fillet with red wine sauce, stuffed guinea fowl, and finally, a sbrisolona and chocolate sphere. Everything was perfect! Great attention to food quality. It deserves the accolades it has received, and we'll be back. Finally, when it was time to pay the (adequate) bill, the "owner" of the telephone voice came out to say hello: well done, Sigrid! This friendly and brilliant thirty-year-old has a great future as a chef. Well done to her and her staff! We'll definitely see you again!

A very well-kept and aesthetically pleasing place, with ingredients that were undoubtedly top-quality.
Unfortunately, our experience wasn't entirely perfect: four of us were seated at a very small and unstable table, pressed against the wall and practically glued to the bottles on display, so much so that we couldn't even move comfortably.
The first course, despite the interesting concept, was completely immersed in butter, which covered every other flavor.
The dessert also left us perplexed: presented as "great pastry," it turned out to be simply yogurt, not even cold, with a bit of fruit on the side, truly not up to expectations.
The staff were friendly but not particularly attentive.
Overall, a place with potential, but unfortunately, we weren't entirely convinced. One small detail, probably accidental, was a slight stain on the edges of some dishes, which doesn't convey the utmost care in the presentation.
