Welcoming and beautifully decorated, Bottega Capolei was a pleasant discovery in the center of Anzio. Excellent, professional service and delicious food. We had a cooked appetizer consisting of three seafood courses, each one better than the last. A first course of homemade pasta with artichokes and shrimp, and an amazing zabaglione dessert. The jenu varies depending on the catch, always fresh and local. Highly recommended.

16/01/2026: A spacious and comfortable restaurant with cheerful, rustic decor, friendly and courteous staff, and a wide selection of dishes and pizzas. This evening (January 16, 2026) we had two pizzas, both very well topped and with a typical Roman dough, thin and crispy. They looked and tasted excellent. On the table, the place card features a message encouraging people not to waste food, a beautiful reminder that we appreciated. Two other pluses are the outdoor tables in a large private courtyard, perfect in the warmer months. And as the icing on the cake, a large, free private parking lot reserved for guests. We'll gladly return and definitely recommend it.
07/01/2026: So far I've only had take-out pizza and I have to say excellent punctuality, excellent service and most importantly excellent pizza.

The cuisine is a hymn to the purest Roman tradition, executed with the rigor of those who respect their roots but with the care of modern restaurants. We had dinner for four: lasagna with Chianina beef sauce, steak with baked potatoes, roast lamb with potatoes, sliced ​​beef with arugula, balsamic vinegar, and potatoes, but the highlight was the Coppa condita and the puntarelle, a true masterpiece ❤️ We had a wonderful time; Daniela, Zoe, and Gaia are excellent hosts ❤️ A place where the stone speaks and the food soothes. Antica Osteria da Pietro is proof that when a beautiful location and heartfelt cuisine combine, the experience becomes unforgettable.
