My husband and I (mountain dwellers by adoption) are always on the lookout for authentic, traditional cuisine! No frills, lots of substance! We loved it here: game, fresh homemade pasta, Omero, his wife, and his mother—a fantastic mix for authentic cuisine! If you're heading up to Piancavallo, stop here—you won't regret it! 😃

It's been years since we've stopped to eat at this historic restaurant, located on the right on the road to Piancavallo. It has ample parking, a bar, an outdoor terrace with tables, and a very beautiful and comfortable dining room with a stunning view. It can accommodate large groups. We hadn't booked, but since it was out of season and on a Saturday at noon, we easily found a table. The staff were very friendly and professional. We had a wonderful meal and will definitely be back.
