07/01/2025: In my short stay in Soverato I was there on two evenings. Rustic, spacious and comfortable environment. Both times the place was packed. The owner Vincenzo is an attentive and very nice person. A "conductor" who knows how to perfectly coordinate all the elements for the success of the evening. The service is very fast. The time to sit down is when a waiter already arrives with the menus, then not even 5 minutes later and he comes back to order. The wait for the dishes was short (with the place packed on January 1st). We also had an aperitif. At the bar there is Gianfranco who masterfully churns out cocktails as if there was no tomorrow. We tasted everything. Pizzeria, chip shop and catering. No notes. Good choice of raw materials, and excellent preparation of all dishes. I was really surprised by the bill. I never imagined paying so little. Definitely coming back on our next holiday.
