Sunday evening, almost deserted city. In via Torre Tonda we decide to stop for something to eat and enter the Nuovo Borgo. Greeted kindly and made to sit down, there were few people and this alerted us a little but we immediately got on well. I asked to have some fried calamari communicating my allergy to shellfish and was promptly told that they would use a separate pan with new oil (a request that is generally rejected in Sassari). My husband had a steak and some grilled vegetables. Excellent calamari, crispy fresh fried potatoes. Very tasty meat with adequate size. Beer served in ice-cold mugs. The chef came out to ask me if I liked it. Very kind staff. I think you couldn't ask for more. Excellent value for money. Advised

We went for dinner and ordered several things to try, everything was delicious and very good quantity. We were eager to try the pizzas so the next day, we ordered some to take away and they did not disappoint us. Everything very tasty, good location and value for money

17/09/2023: Dopo dieci anni sono tornata da Marco con mia figlia. Breve vacanza, ma non potevo mancare a gustarmi i suoi piatti di pesce buonissimi. I suoi piatti li ho sempre apprezzati molto e vista l'occasione della vacanza , oggi abbiamo fatto una scorpacciata di antipasti vari e linguine allo scoglio al cartoccio......una bontà. Bravo Marco sempre grande, e bravi tutta la tua famiglia. Grazie di averci deliziato con i tuoi piatti.
16/09/2023: Location spettacolare, non altrettanto si può dire per la cucina. La cosa più deludente la frittura di calamari che sembravano bolliti e insapori...... Voglio pensare a una giornata sfortunata. Peccato.

12/06/2024: Nice hotel complete with restaurant and swimming pool. Large and spacious rooms, each with entrance onto the porch near the swimming pool. Good restaurant, with friendly staff.
04/06/2024: Been to the Sardinia rally, what can I say if not everything was very good.
