We went there for Valentine! And OMG, we loved it so much! The authenticity of Italians and European service, delicious food and intimate atmosphere made it so special! Enjoyed lamb for the first time in my life!

Absolutely wonderful experience. We ordered 8 different dishes and they were all *chefs kiss*. Tino was lovely as well! Definitely coming back!

Came in on a whim with my friend after spending the day in Toronto. The atmosphere was so lovely and the waiters were wonderful! LOVE the decor and would be such a great place for a romantic date. Highly recommend!

Tried this place for the first time, as we are on a mission to try all the great restaurants in downtown Oakville. Food was good, and atmosphere was good. We all had pasta dishes. Service was impeccable - the right mix of attention and kindness without being too in your face. Will definitely go back to try some mains.

I had an incredible dining experience at Borgo Antico! The standout dish for me was the pumpkin risotto with shrimp—it was absolutely amazing. The risotto was perfectly creamy, and the sweet, savory combination of the pumpkin with the shrimp was a delightful surprise. Every bite was full of flavor! The service was top-notch as well. Our servers Aldo and Tino were attentive and truly paid attention to detail, making sure our experience was seamless from start to finish. It’s clear that they value their customers. Not only was the food fantastic, but the ambiance was beautiful. The setting was cozy yet elegant, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed evening. Whether you’re there for a special occasion or just a nice night out, the atmosphere really enhances the dining experience. Highly recommend Borgo Antico—I can’t wait to return! Thanks !!

The food was fantastic! The appetizers were to die for and the salted caramel cheesecake was so good I almost bought a whole pie! Hats off to whoever was making the deserts you are a professional!! Would return 100% and can’t wait to try more of the menu

We felt so very welcomed the minute we walked in. The staff are all wonderful and attentive. The food is great and portions are large. I have seen some reviews that complained about small portions and I can't imagine what they consider large. We arrived at 5:45PM on a Saturday and had no wait time. No long wait time for food to arrive or order to be taken. We had meatballs, burrata, artichokes, gnocchi and short ribs taking food home with us. One appetizer and mains would have been more than enough for 2.

Beautiful restaurant and very friendly staff. The food was incredible and large portions! We were pleasantly surprised and had lots of left overs. The variety of the menu was great and we loved everything we ordered! Can’t wait to come back.
