Borgo Antico is a gem. We started with the burrata, charcuterie, and calamari—each dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is warm and intimate, and the service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. You can tell there’s real care in both the food and the experience. Can’t recommend this spot enough for any occasion in the heart of Oakville.

We went for a wedding rehearsal dinner and they were so helpful, welcoming, and accommodating!! The food was also amazing :))

This is definitely THE best Italian restaurant my family & I had gone to and- we’ve tried almost every one in the Gta. Zio Nicola, Tino and Aldo made us feel so welcomed, all have a genuine kindness and warmth to them, also added a touch of lovely humour throughout our lunch which was amazing. The maniche alla vodka and, the truffle cacio e pepe is so amazing that, I purposely ate slower than usual since I didn’t want to reach my last bite at all; specifically for the maniche dish since, it was what I have been searching for to taste again since childhood. Not only did it match that need but completely topped it. Google only gives us the option to rate out of 5 but Borgo Antico deserves 10/5 !! Definitely going here whenever I or anyone I know craves some genuinely great food and service. Grazie, grazie mille Zio Nicola, Tino, Aldo and of course the amazing chefs !! xx

Great ambiance, friendly service and the pizzas and salads are amazing. The pizza crust is chewy and crispy and so addictive. The fungi pizza was really delicious with the battered fried jalapeno peppers adding a zing to the mushrooms.

Amazing restaurant and amazing food.

Genuinely my favourite restaurant in the province, nothing has even come close to this place’s quality of food, presentation, pricing, consistency & service. I go back every time i’m in town, usually once or twice a year and I truly look forward to it. I hope with their new menu Novu (which brought back the lemon clam linguine!!!!!!) and the upcoming patio season, that they thrive in business because they truly deserve it. Thank you Borgo for a phenomenal authentic Italian experience x

After a double booking at another restaurant’s party room left me scrambling for a new venue just three days before our event, I discovered Borgo Antico in Oakville. Although I had never visited their restaurant or party room before, I decided to take a chance and was lucky enough to secure a table for 16 on Saturday night. From my very first call with Baldo, I knew it was the perfect choice. He kindly invited us to come the night before to set up decorations, bring our dessert, and meet the servers. When our guests arrived, they were immediately charmed by the warm atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. Once the food was served, we were absolutely blown away! The calamari, burrata, and fresh focaccia were outstanding, and every pasta or meat entrée was nothing short of amazing. Everyone raved about the experience and couldn’t stop talking about returning to try more of the menu. A huge thank you to the entire team at Borgo Antico for making this event so special!

Food was absolutely phenomenal. The meat ball appetizer was just amazing. Portion was bigger than expected as well. Service was good, they did make a mistake serving one of our apps at the end of the meal but they apologized. Honestly, food was so good we didn't even care.

I would give ten stars if possible Food was great Service amazing, very welcoming enviroment I 100% will come again!!!

We went there for Valentine! And OMG, we loved it so much! The authenticity of Italians and European service, delicious food and intimate atmosphere made it so special! Enjoyed lamb for the first time in my life!
