Borgo Antico In Bojano

I stopped in for coffee with a local who kindly showed me around, telling me about the village. I was drawn to the place and the owner's helpfulness and courtesy. The aromas wafting from the kitchen were delicious, and the parmigiana was being prepared. It was early to stop for lunch. I liked the place and the atmosphere. I plan to return soon for lunch.

Excellent food. Nice place. The owner is a bit gruff, especially if you eat before he explains the provenance of his food. Another flaw is that you don't know the detailed cost of what you order. In any case, it's worth a try.

I ate at this restaurant last week, and more than just lunch, it was a truly positive experience. The food, the atmosphere, and the owner, Filindo, I loved everything. I'll be back!

We returned once again. And once again, we were convinced it was worth it. The selection of appetizers is worth the trip. Excellent Genovese lasagna, quality entrecôte steak. The tiramisu, made in their own way, was a pleasant surprise. Filindo is the highlight of the place; he is its soul, with his gruff yet kind welcome.

We came in to taste some Molise products and were delighted by the deliciousness of the dishes, the creativity of the chef and the hospitality of the owner.

Obsessive search for raw materials, absolutely authentic dishes, unique village. A wonderful selection of traditional dishes. Molise is here!!! Bravo!

My uncle highly recommended we stop for a meal here in the town of my family's heritage. We phoned ahead for a reservation and to let them know that our party of three was all vegetarian--they were happy to accommodate our needs, and the food was wonderful! No menu or choosing, the chef/owner brought out a series of plates, carefully explaining the ingredients and answering any questions we had--the food was gorgeous and delicious--and all vegetarian, which is not always easy in Italy beyond simple pizzas and pastas. It was a treat to be well cared for and we would highly recommend a visit. Yes, it is an expensive restaurant, but go for the experience and the love of good food and good people. I hope to return to this gem again.

Filindo and his team are 6, 7 and more stars. We arrived unexpectedly, they welcomed us with great affability and professionalism. Excellent, genuine and also refined products. A round of applause for the cuisine. We will definitely return to celebrate something important in this suggestive environment with people very dear to me. Compliments to all!
