What can I say!!! Filindo is a true lover of his work. He has created a magical place where each course is explained in detail. A real dive into the flavors of the territory with only and exclusively local products. I haven't eaten like this in a long time, and the place creates a family atmosphere. Filindo may seem a little grumpy at first but he will turn out to be a good-natured person ☺️

Eating at Filindo means disconnecting from everything else, sitting at the table with your loves and for a moment immersing yourself in the scents and flavors of a land waiting to be discovered. Trust Filindo and his wife in the kitchen, both are a guarantee of hospitality, education and excellent raw materials. Sensible value for money. To return. Better to book with a little advance notice. The venue accommodates a maximum of 35 people.

02/03/2025: In un posto incantevole immerso nella natura, ove è possibile passeggiare prima o dopo il vitto, risiede questo ristorante che definire eccezionale non rende. Accolti con calore e simpatica dal proprietario che ci ha accompagnato al tavolo, abbiamo iniziato a sfogliare le pagine del menù rimanendo colpiti dalle numerose e interessanti pietanze offerte, tanto da ordinare varie specialità, assaggiando a vicenda le varie portate. Buono, buono, buono! Veramente nulla da dire se non Complimenti! allo staff per averci regalato un pranzo squisito. Prezzi in linea con altri locali, ma qualità davvero eccelsa! Assolutamente consigliato!
26/12/2024: Diamante nel Molise. Cibo di altissima qualità e cura. Materie prime ottime cucinate benissimo. Servizio ottimo. Francesco è un padrone di casa eccezionale. Raro trovare un oste con cui è piacevolissimo conversare. Qualità del prezzo ottimo, avere a questi prezzi una qualità così alta è difficile. Tornerò altre mille volte perchè un posto del genere non si può non replicare. Consigliatissimo!!!!
