08/01/2025: Gentlemen, here we are faced with a true masterpiece. This is not a simple pizzeria, it is much more. I speak as someone who has a profound knowledge of flours, ingredients and processing techniques, so trust me.
The dough: absolute perfection, made with the highest quality type 1 flour and hydrated to the right degree, capable of giving life to a pizza that is both crunchy and melting when biting. It is a Roman round, but with a very pleasant greater hydration.
The ingredients: a real surprise. From tomato to mozzarella, each element is carefully chosen and combined with impeccable balance. I tried a pizza called "vegan", very rich in ingredients, each of which stood out without ever dominating the others, creating an extraordinary tasting experience.
The price: incredibly low, considering the quality of the raw materials, the kindness of the staff and the attention to service.

28/12/2024: Welcoming and familiar environment, clean and rather soundproofed, you can chat well without having to shout. The hosts were very friendly, attentive and quick. The pizza, what can I say... fantastic. Price quality 👌 I recommend. Book early.
