The service was great, the operator and his colleague were very friendly and helpful. The sandwich was delicious and the free Wi-Fi was very convenient for me at that moment. So it's a good idea to stop here for a little snack. The shop has something special about it, the visit in the evening/night was worth it!

Optimal! For us it's a regular stop, especially after concerts! The guy who makes the sandwiches is wonderful! They are delicious and have cute names! We would like more seats but the essence of the place would be lost!!!

Truly kind and unique owner, he transmits joy. Really good and special IRONMAN sandwich. Amazing bread for sandwiches, different from the usual sandwiches! If you are in the area I'll check it out Advise.

American here. Easily the best burgers I have had in Italy and would give most American burgers a run for their money. Delicious and messy, just like a proper burger should be. We did the build your own burgers. The scamorza i got on mine was grilled. I want to get another and another.

Perché quando non è semplicemente bono .. è Bono Bao! La simpatia, bontà e golosità dei panini del Bono Bao è unica! Il menù è semplice e sempre aggiornato! Bubble burger quasi 3 etti di ciccia e goduria! Nel dubbio fatevi consigliare da Peter!

N1 il miglior panino di Lucca e dintorni.. qui non si sbaglia mai panini abbondanti e con materie di qualità… noi ci andiamo spesso…lo stra consiglio 🥰

I'm just telling you that if you have an important event, putting the situation in the hands of Maria Ida and Riccardo is the best thing you can do. Friendly and understanding staff, impeccable cleanliness, excellent food. You are magical, I can't wait to get back to you. Unfortunately I was busy enjoying the moment and I don't have too many photos, but you can find plenty on FB
