I have been a customer for a long time and I am sorry to write negatively. It's not the first time something has happened, but it lets itself slide, you see being on hold for a long time only to be hung up on for no reason, or at busy times the pizzas aren't perfect, but this evening I was annoyed to have had confirmation that I had the pizzas ready by 8.25pm ​​and then waiting until 8.50pm having specified before that I had tight deadlines due to a meeting. It was enough to say that they couldn't meet the deadlines and I would also have understood why I had to eat it reheated late in the evening. I have to say that for a Monday, even if the amount of work isn't much, only 3 people are too few to keep up with everything. Positive note the pizzas are good.

Ordered for the first time, impeccable service from the girl on the phone (chiara), nowadays it's difficult to find kindness and courtesy... and thank goodness they are in this pizzeria!!! pizza arrived on time and very good. I will definitely order again 😀
