Full-color recycled furniture, few seats, fun and perfectly contextualized mise en place are the entrée to a fresh, organic and delicious culinary offer, both classic and veggie.
The courteous and attentive service makes this small place perfect for a quick lunch, but the good selection of coffees, loose leaf teas, herbal teas, fresh fruit or vegetable centrifuges and amazing homemade cakes also invite you to a morning stop.
We went there for lunch. I tried the vegetarian salad which may seem like a small thing, but in the Giardino Bistrot version it is a substantial, but digestible, single dish in which thinly sliced fennel and carrots are present, chickpea hummus, avocado, delicious vegetable meatballs, courgettes, tomatoes and olives, all dressed with a yogurt sauce. There would have been various seeds, but I preferred not to have them, meeting maximum availability in customizing the dish!
My friend opted for a sandwich with grilled ham, goat cheese, tomato and black olive sauce made on the spot: even the bread in addition to the filling can be chosen from the different types available.
And then I couldn't resist a sweet ending: it was a difficult decision because the proposal was really interesting, but in the end a delicious Tenerina prevailed, truly made to perfection!
Highly recommended for greedy vegetarians, workers or students with a short lunch break and for those who love to eat well, satisfy the palate, spend the right amount and not fall asleep during the subsequent digestion!
