Eravamo in vacanza in Salento ed ogni sera cercavamo un ristorante: recensito da Voi, nelle vicinanze del nostro albergo. Discreto: le bombette non sono che dei semplici involtini.

è un pub/osteria semplice gestito da ragazzi giovani, vale davvero la pena andarci per provare le bombette, sono state meravigliose ed avremmo potuto mangiarne anche qualcun'altra visto che sono piccoline. pensavamo fossero più grandi, sono come dei bocconcini di carne ripieni, le salsicce invece piuttosto delicate e deludenti. i prezzi sono bassi

We had dinner in this place, what can I say... Everything was VERY GOOD!!!!! Generous portions, more than good prices (despite the quality of the products: excellent!!!), kind, helpful, smiling staff (rare qualities in this period). CLEAN restrooms! I highly recommend the dish with the bombettes! It's a shame that we only discovered it tonight, but we'll be back before we leave! VERY GOOD, keep it up👍 professionalism and quality always pay off!

02/12/2024: We went for lunch. Everything was perfect during the booking and reception phase in the restaurant. We had a fish based lunch which was certainly fresh fish. Good food but not tearing your hair out but good. Online price. The only discordant and absurd note for me: they made us sit at a table with the wine cellar behind it... Every time the waiter had to get a bottle of wine he had to climb a ladder and practically found himself in our arms... I honestly found this absurd and unique.... Maybe it would be better to give up a place setting...

27/08/2024: I have been to Maurizio Protopapa's Osteria three times, the first with my parents and my brother, the second to celebrate my brother's graduation and the third with a group of friends. All three times I was satisfied with both the food and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the owner of the business
26/08/2024: Excellent restaurant in the heart of Martano. Welcoming location inside while the outside one, in a historic alley in the centre, is truly very suggestive. Excellent traditional Salento dishes. Precise, punctual and very courteous service. For us who are loyal customers it's a bit like coming home every time. Thanks for everything
