Best food we had in Varazze. All the dishes were amazing, tasty and high quality. I loved that the chef and owner told us about the food, he was always around. Loved it.

A perfect dinner.
The food is extremely good, the staff warm and the prices are far below the atmosphere created by the people here.

It's been 1 year since the last time, we gladly returned and we were not disappointed.
Everything perfect: excellent food, excellent wine, very kind and professional staff.
Accurate service even for children.

Second time in this restaurant, it has become one of my absolute favourites. We had dinner in the outdoor area overlooking the yachts, in the Varazze marina. Very good service, kind and friendly waiters especially the boy who looked after us the most. The dishes are very good, crudités spectacular and very fresh!
vaze mandillos with pesto were good although at Genovese I wasn't crazy about the pesto (but it wasn't bad anyway), fabulous stuffed tagliatelle, the desserts amazed us! Compliments to the chef and staff

Purtroppo i piatti non creano la necessità di tornare nonostante la qualità delle materie prime. Il locale è gradevole per posizione ed eleganza. Il personale che ci ha servito si è alternato tra una ragazza, che poteva essere più gentile, e un ragazzo che mi ha colpito per garbo e attenzione. Tornerò sperando di aver trovato una giornata difficile che non rappresenta la norma.

Restaurant located on the seafront of Varazze near the port, large free parking.
Cutting-edge cuisine using typical and non-typical products, mainly featuring fish with little choice for vegetarians.
Abundant first courses (we ordered the mandillos with pesto and the mixed fried fish... among other things, very good).
I asked for advice on which wine to order and the owner was very kind in suggesting the best in the area.

Excellent service and staff.
Good quality
price too high for the quality that is served (in my opinion).
Gluten-free option, it's good for those who ''eat gluten-free on a diet'', it's absolutely not good for a celiac!

We ate at this restaurant today and I have to say the experience was disappointing due to the poor service. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, they made us wait a long time before bringing the drink and the bread… Furthermore, although the place was not crowded, it seemed that the waiters were always busy elsewhere, making it difficult to ask even the most basic things, such as water or additional cutlery.
I really hope they improve their service, as the potential is there, but the overall experience leaves a lot to be desired…
