On my bike ride down the wine route, I was drawn to Bolgheri Green by the good music and sculptures, and I spontaneously stopped. The place has a magical quality. The ambiance is wonderful; I was very impressed by the diverse sculptures and the decor.
The service was very friendly and pleasantly personable. The outdoor kitchen looks fantastic, and the food tasted great and was beautifully presented...my favorites were the fermented onions 😍 on the hummus, the farm's own olives (unfortunately, only two), and the natural white wine "Fly Down 2024."

It's a little paradise in Bolgheri.
They use homegrown vegetables and eggs from their own chickens.
The ambiance can't really be described unless you've been there. It's truly beautiful and very special.
The food is very simple and delicious.
The service is very pleasant.

A charming place, where authentic plant-based and vegetarian cuisine allows you to rediscover yourself without the need to imitate its omnivorous counterparts. Delicious cocktails and a very relaxed atmosphere—perhaps too much so, as I can see from the comments that we weren't the only ones who suffered a bit from the wait (about 45 minutes, 30 minutes after receiving our drinks). In our case, it wasn't a problem, but if you're going there before dinner, you'll need to give yourself a bit of a buffer.

Excellent drinks list, well-stocked and high-quality, with some special treats. Inventive and seasonal pairings. The menu is simple and comprehensive. The only flaw (and not a small one) is using the same ingredients for both the fried gnocco and the pita bread.
The atmosphere is youthful, fresh, and professional.

Beautiful place. Relaxing and elegant atmosphere, yet suitable for everyone. Excellent for an aperitivo with good vegetarian cuisine. You won't find anything like it around here! The only downside: it's a little pricey, but it might be worth it for an occasion.

The setting is very unique and if you are around you should def give it a try. It feels a bit like a piece of paradies, especially in the evening it gets very pretty. The food looks amazing but couldn't meet my expactations tbh. And I had to wait quite long until someone came to take my order. It seemed a bit chaotic regarding the service.
