The service was impeccable, with the staff who were kind, attentive and always available to our requests. The menu was creative and we tasted second courses of fish with generous portions. 16/06/2025: Mignano Germogli is a real gem, a restaurant that strikes you from the first moment with its summery and suggestive atmosphere, perfect for a special evening or a memorable lunch. The staff is almost entirely very professional, attentive to detail and capable of making the experience even more enjoyable with their courtesy and competence. The cuisine is different from the usual, creative and incredibly refined in every dish. You can perceive the passion and the search for unique, balanced and refined flavors. It is rare to find places so perfect in every aspect—from the environment to the service, to the quality of the dishes. I can't wait to return to experience this exceptional reality again and discover other proposals on the menu. Congratulations to all the staff for the impeccable work! A 9.5/10 only because, perhaps, there is always that margin to reach absolute perfection... but you are very close! I will definitely return!
