It's almost a shame to go to other restaurants to eat, I've never tasted such fresh and well-prepared sushi by choosing the all-you-can-eat option, I think they compete with themselves because it's incomparable to any sushi prepared in the city, congratulations!

The food was good, the service terrible. I waited over 20 minutes to place my first order, almost as if the waiters were ignoring my table. Rude and superficial.

Excellent experience Well-prepared dishes, ACYE's top-notch service. The only downside is the ordering system, which is a bit slow and could be improved upon, in my opinion.

Simply a perfect experience! The sushi was top-quality, with an incredible variety of dishes, all incredibly fresh and flavorful. The service was impeccable, fast, and always with a smile. The location is well-kept and beautiful, perfect for enjoying a relaxing lunch, and we're happy to accommodate any requests, even for children. Upon returning from our trip, we'll definitely be visiting the new location. Congratulations, keep up the good work!

Welcoming, charming, clean, and classy atmosphere. The service was prompt and pleasant, and the staff were very kind and friendly, accompanying us throughout the experience. The restaurant is located in the center of Cosenza, easily reachable on foot, near Corso Mazzini. Highly recommended.

Solitamente andiamo a mangiare da Boa Sorte a Rende. Questa volta abbiamo deciso di provare la sede a Cosenza, e devo dire che siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. Non tanto dalla qualità del cibo, perché è piu o meno la stessa, con qualche differenza, quanto dalla gentilezza del personale. Torneremo sicuramente.

Ottimo ristorante in pieno centro. Personale attento e cordiale, servizio efficente, atmosfera che mette a suo agio il cliente. Ottime le portate (per essere un all you can eat la qualità é più che sufficiente). Consigliato.

21/04/2025: Basho is a real gem. Over the years, we have returned several times and have never been disappointed. However, we have noticed a notable improvement. From the entrance to the moment of the bill, every detail is taken care of with a passion and professionalism that can be clearly perceived. The place is welcoming, with a refined atmosphere, but the real added value lies in the people. A special thanks to the impeccable management of Mattia, who knows how to combine competence and customer attention in a rare way. It's clear how much he cares, and that really makes a difference. Applause also goes to Giovanni, professional, friendly and attentive: his service was simply perfect, always present but never intrusive, with a courtesy that deserves to be underlined. The menu is refined, with very fresh raw materials. We will return every time we return to Cosenza.

26/10/2024: Frequento questo ristorante da anni. Innanzitutto, di recente, gli interni sono stati completamente rinnovati. Design bello, accattivante, nei torni del verde e dell'azzurro acquamarina. Personale gentile, Luna simpatica e professionale. Servizio rapido. Veniamo al sushi: direi che nel corso del tempo il livello di questo sushi si è alzato significativamente. Il sashimi viene servito su un letto di ghiaccio tritato, le tartare sono freschissime e tagliate magnificamente, i nigiri molto buoni, i roll vari e sfiziosi, buoni anche i gyoza, i vari tipi di riso e di tempura. A pranzo il ristorante offre il servizio all-you-can-eat, sebbene con qualche limitazione sul sashimi. Lo consiglio per tutti questi motivi e anche per l'ampia possibilità di parcheggio nel piazzale antistante il locale.
