Blue Sky Bar In Taormina

Our waiter recommended the Caudu cocktail and it was fantastic - best cocktail I’ve tasted. He was a lovely guy, a local, prepared to offer his advice and we took it. Wonderful experience

The Blue Skybar in Taormina is definitely worth a visit! The prices are on the higher side, but you get an atmosphere and a view that are simply priceless. The atmosphere is especially unique at sunset – the colors over the sea and the view of Mount Etna are breathtaking. The staff were attentive and friendly, which rounded out the experience. Bottom line: If you're in Taormina, you shouldn't miss this spot – it's a perfect place for a special evening!

The sky bar is relatively hidden, so it's worth getting there right at 5 p.m. You can still enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful view. The staff was very friendly throughout. A cocktail costs €24. It's not exactly cheap, but the view and the ambiance make up for it. It was a truly great visit!

We came to this rooftop for an aperitif. The prices are very high (rooftop of a 4-star hotel I think), we paid something like 10 euros for a Coke Zero and 12 euros for a beer I think. You are offered a few little things to nibble on to accompany your drinks. But you also pay for the setting which is very pleasant with a very beautiful view. Nice moment.

The bar is very pretty, especially for the views from the top, and it's worth checking out for its surroundings. However, I found the prices to be incredibly insane. I can understand that even in a large hotel, but in a place like this, no matter how beautiful it is, it seems excessive. For example, a cocktail costs €24, and although it's marketed as a special, the products aren't premium enough to justify that price. We also ordered a fried fish and vegetable mix, but the portion was so small it wasn't even enough for one person. In short, a beautiful place to see once, but with totally disproportionate prices.

Beautiful view, decent cocktail for the price paid. Decent service, unhelpful and rude waitress. We asked for extra seats since there were six seats and the table had four, and she told us she could only give us two stools. Drinking a €30 cocktail while sitting on a plastic stool in a place that's supposed to be a €10 place is unbelievable. We paid €25 for a small plate with four pieces of reheated bread. Excessively overpriced. I don't recommend it.

This is a great place to go for drinks with a sunset view. It is more expensive than other places but worth it.
