Definitely the most Vipparolo place in Piacenza. Opened by the incomparable Barrista Medardo, master of Cocktails and Barrista art. Classy and high quality service. 2025: after Medardo's passing, his heirs have continued the tradition and the Blue Factory remains a trendy and classy place; cocktails, food and service still excellent. Definitely recommended.

Unfortunately the bar is in an area of ​​streets with a roundabout but it allows you to enter a different world with very convenient parking. The room is very large and decorated in a classic way; there are several rooms, so plenty of choice for a seat. In fact, based on your preference, you can sit in a more open or more intimate position. The choice in the brioches is quite varied and diversified compared to standard bars, a detail that encouraged me even more to have breakfast. The cappuccino was excellent, full-bodied in foam and delicious in taste. The pistachio brioche is also approved, different from the usual. The staff is attentive and kind, and every room (even the toilets) is clean and well-kept. An excellent break to start the day well with a good Musetti coffee.
