Definitely the most Vipparolo spot in Piacenza. Opened by the incomparable barrista Medardo, a master of cocktails and bartending. Classy, ​​high-quality service. 2025: After Medardo's passing, his heirs carried on the tradition, and the Blue Factory remains a trendy, classy place; the cocktails, food, and service are still excellent. Definitely recommended. Still the best place for aperitifs.

Great bar, Gatsby-esque decor, excellent food at great prices. Spotlessly clean bathrooms. Super friendly staff; I asked the lady at the counter if they had any hand sanitizer, and she offered me some. Highly recommended; it's rare to find such kind and generous people these days.

I didn't give the food any stars because I only had a cold coffee. But the place was very nice and the staff were friendly.

The owner is always kind! I think they have the best croissants in Piacenza! And the cappuccino...the coffee is never burnt, always good! The oysters and all the raw fish, as well as the cured meats, are exceptional!

Unfortunately the bar is in an area of ​​streets with a roundabout but it allows you to enter a different world with very convenient parking. It may not look like it from the outside, but once you enter you can forget the streets. Excellent service, very kind, clean. I would go back. It is also good as an interview location.
