A wonderful discovery in the heart of Santa Rita. Delicious farinata, perfectly cooked with a crispy crust, as it should be. Exceptional pan-fried pizza, top notch. Courteous service, very kind girls. The only drawback is the tiramisu, which is truly borderline edible. It's better not to put it on the menu.

The best pan in Turin! Is that enough of a rhyme? The farinata is also excellent, beautifully peppered. And I don't have to tell you how to use the red Ichnusa. Stop by, guys, and you'll surely say....whoa!

Blue Bird è il luogo ideale per chi ama i sapori autentici! La farinata è semplicemente deliziosa: cremosa, ricca di gusto e preparata alla perfezione. Blue Bird è il posto perfetto per chi cerca sapori genuini! La farinata è straordinaria, cremosa e saporita come piace a me. Pizza cotta benissimo e ingredienti sempre freschissimi. Ambiente accogliente dove ci si sente come a casa. Consigliatissimo! 🍕✨
