Congratulations are especially important because it's not easy to maintain such a high standard for a mid-August lunch. They managed to make us eat very well, perhaps even too well, without making a single mistake. Perfectly cooked, well-balanced toppings, smiling and helpful waiters. Professionalism always pays off!
