Bloom - Feed Your Mind In Treviso

Went here this morning for breakfast and wow! I can't recommend enough aside from the fact that the food was absolutely devine, the workers were an absolute treat! If you're looking for a good english breakfast i recommend! 10/10

We went here for lunch and were very satisfied. The menu was varied and, from what I saw, also for breakfasts and brunches. For lunch we opted for vegan dishes, namely tofu in saor and potato croquettes. Everything was very good! Even the desserts displayed at the counter seemed to be delicious. The environment is well-kept and bright, with beautiful colors. The staff is also helpful and welcoming. We will have to go back!

It's impossible to overlook the obvious strengths of Bloom: the elegant environment, the green and refined mise en place, the super friendly staff, the varied menu, the clean and tastefully furnished bathroom. Since, after several visits to the place, these elements are now established, I will focus here on what, however, deserves more attention, in the hope that it can be an inspiration for the conquest of the last star. The tiramisu pancakes are certainly delicious, but I found them rather dry and slightly spongy, especially after I ran out of cream and syrup (which were enough for about half the dish). I don't comment on the craftsmanship of the product, but I still have the doubt that the pancakes are not made at the moment. And there it is! I understand that it is difficult to integrate cooking into full service, but there must be some solution to preserve its softness. Maybe make them thinner? Add a layer of cream between one pancake and another? Of the vegan French toast with chocolate and fresh fruit I only recognized the "toast", in the sense that I received two slices of toasted bread with a veil (a bit paltry!) of chocolate inside. A toast, not a French toast. To meet the definition in its vegan variant, the bread could have been thicker, softer, soaked in milk in its plant-based alternative before being caramelized in a pan with margarine; At this point I would have served just one slice, "sac-à-pochando" a chocolate ganache on the surface (the ganache, more voluminous than the spreadable cream, would help combat the dryness of the bread). But the professionals, in the end, are you, and I limit myself to sharing possible improvements which in no way want to discourage the already appreciable work of the dining room and kitchen. Nothing to say about the drinks, which are offered here in a thousand versions. Overall I find them not very sweet, but I'm an ogre, and there's never enough sugar in my glass. Having said that, all that remains is to keep an eye on the menu (and the French toast section in particular... mine is a passion) to keep up with future developments.

Recommend this cafe. The staff has a great attitude! There are also dedicated areas for working and studying. There are many books and jacks in this area. Highly recommended

My family and I, on holiday in Treviso, went to Bloom for breakfast. Tastefully furnished, welcoming and kind staff, varied menu and quality products characterize this place. We highly recommend it. Excellent!!!

Such a great experience! Both the food and the coffee were excellent. The coworking space is quiet, very comfortable, and spacious — not stuffy at all. Davide, the owner, is clearly passionate about what he does. You can tell by how involved and attentive he is in running the place. His hard work truly pays off, because this is genuinely a must-visit spot!

Super! I have yet to see the coworking area, which I will go to very soon when I need an environment in which to concentrate. For 5 euros it is very convenient, especially having the possibility of staying all day, wifi, electricity, water... The place is extremely well kept and clean. The menu is perfect, not too many nor too few options. A true local coffee expert, which I appreciate very much as they are rare in Italy. Lots of choices of beans and extraction. In love with their Lecce coffee! Soon I will update with dishes and coworking area, if you don't hear me it's because I put the tent there.

Finally a modern, professional and aesthetically beautiful reality. A serene and professional management, and a Lecce coffee made in a workmanlike manner. Well done! Highly recommended
