A delight not only for the palate, but also for the eyes.
Modern, well-kept place next to the NOI Techpark, so innovation is also a must in the dishes.
Our choice fell on a green bean salad, delicious and abundant, ravioli carbonara and 2 tartare, which in my opinion, a tad less spicy would have enhanced the flavor of the meat more.
All accompanied by a good Pinot Noir.

Il locale è piacevole; la location (relativamente centrale) ottima per chi non vuole ritrovarsi nel marasma di ferragosto.
Il menù è coraggioso, mirato e centrato e quello che abbiamo provato ottimo.
Il servizio attento e pronto.
Continuate così; il potenziale è notevole!

The best dinner in Brunico!
Not traditional dishes but exceptional dishes with quality local raw materials. Furthermore, all the staff and the chef were welcoming and empathetic. The only place in South Tyrol where the red wine was served to us at the correct temperature, elsewhere even in the wine shop they served us a red wine at room temperature and therefore hot. Highly recommended!!!

Ambiente rilassante, con molto spazio tra i tavoli, che hanno dimensioni generose.
Piatti di buona qualità e giusta quantità.
Menù un po' limitato.
Buono e cortese il servizio.
Prezzi adeguati al luogo e all'offerta.
Ristorante non tipicamente turistico, lontano dalla ressa, sicuramente consigliato.

The place appears welcoming and with attention to detail, from the Mice en Place present at the table to the welcome from the employees.
Essential and non-dispersive à la carte menu with the possibility of a tasting course from 4 to 8 courses and paired wine tasting.
Sourdough-based bread with whipped butter flavored with Greek yogurt is served to all diners, as a small starter while waiting for the dishes, well presented and of excellent taste.
Shown in the picture are some of the dishes we opted for from the à la carte menu; Glazed fennel from a small local producer, well prepared and balanced, truly excellent.
Small criticism of the cooking sauce accompanied by the Short Ribs which appears loose on the plate.
“Free-range egg” (a name which in my opinion is out of place and not very formal) presents itself very well and with a truly interesting strong flavour. Small criticism this time on the service where, as a spoon was not brought to us, we found it difficult to taste the sauce present on the bottom of the plate. We had to request it later.
Egg tagliolini, venison ragù and red fruit sauce (not present in the picture) had a too intrusive marjoram aroma and a sauce that didn't stand out in taste, making everything quite "flat" in terms of flavor and balance .
Prices suited to the type of service offered and the location.
Overall, a place that I absolutely recommend, with an interesting, refined and original gastronomic offering. Quality raw materials, well processed which reflect very current issues, such as sustainability and seasonality of ingredients.

Good cuisine from typical dishes to pizza with good value for money, a mention must be made for the service who helped us find a table and then changed it to make us more comfortable.
