Unexpectedly, the food, service and environment were very satisfactory. Attentive and smiling waiters, very good food from the first to the second to the side dish, well designed and of excellent quality. Homemade bread is of a higher quality than those made by many bakeries! Absolutely worth trying

What can I say?! Nothing out of place. Starting from the excellent and punctual staff for every need. Tangible professionalism. Warm, intimate, quiet atmosphere. Splendid location, details taken care of with precision. Advise

We stayed at b. Local in Brunico and we were really impressed! The location is modern, bright and very well-kept, with a relaxed but elegant atmosphere, perfect both for a dinner as a couple and for an evening with friends. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout the dinner. We started with a very particular tartare, fresh and well balanced, served in a creative way. Followed by a plate of asparagus - nice crunchy and combined with ingredients that enhance its natural flavour: the combination with fresh cheese, mustard grains and citrus notes is excellent, really interesting. We also tasted mushrooms (very good and tasty). For the second course we let ourselves be tempted by the cuts of Simmental meat: excellent quality, impeccable cooking and intense flavour, one of the strong points of the place. The side dishes were also up to par. In short, a place to mark on the diary for those who love modern cuisine, with attention to local products and a touch of originality. Highly recommended!

A very good meal with very nice combinations. We had 4 dishes. Everything was excellently prepared and seasoned. We would love to come back.

Food was super good, with original dishes of high quality. We had the big ravioli, the rib eye and the wagu. The three were amazing and portions were suitable for 1 person. The staff was super helpful given menu is a bit hard to understand due to complexity of the dishes. The restaurant was clean and modern but inside a mall and too big like a canteen. For this type of food and service I would recommend a cosier place.

Ho scelto questo locale perché segnalato dalla guida dell'Espresso e dalle recensioni di tripadvisor...l'offerta in carta, sia di cibo che di vino, è bella; anche i piatti che abbiamo scelto erano buoni, ma privi di quel fattore che ti fanno dire wow..voglio tornare.. e anche un po' deludenti, ad esempio, l'oca di S.Martino era dura ( cosa che ho prontamente segnalato ) il servizio gentilissimo, anche se non prontissimo...insomma: se dovessi tornare a Brunico, non sarebbe il primo locale in cui mi verrebbe voglia di tornare..
