⸻ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Blanche Pizzeria I had an excellent experience at Blanche Pizzeria. The pizzas are truly outstanding — baked in a wood-fired oven, full of flavor, and incredibly light. I enjoyed them so much that I actually ate two, and none of them felt heavy at all. The quality of the ingredients and the way they prepare the dough really make a difference. The staff is very polite, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in, and the service is fast, attentive, and warm. Because of this great experience, I’ve decided that during my entire stay this month, I’ll definitely be a regular customer. Blanche Pizzeria has earned all five stars — highly recommended!

It's cold, despite having two gas cylinders to heat the street-facing veranda. But the wood-fired pizzas are delicious.

Simple, family-friendly atmosphere, efficient staff, but above all, the best pizza you'll find anywhere from Foce to Sestri Levante, with an amazing value. Two well-topped pizzas (one gluten-free, according to my wife, who has been celiac for over 30 years, is the best I've ever eaten, and I can confirm this because I've tasted it), a dessert, half a liter of wine, a coffee, a Natural mineral water, and a bitter liqueur (always kindly offered after dinner), €35. The dough is exceptional, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, very digestible and flavorful. It's even good the next day (I've ordered a second pizza and finished it off at home the next day). What more can I say? Highly recommended for pizza; the restaurant isn't up to par, but at these prices, it seems more than reasonable.
