Dopo il trasferimento nella nuova location, lasciata da un altro esercizio con poca fortuna, vi abbiamo fatto un salto per cenare. Il locale è bello luminoso, con tavoli in vetrina, con arredamento curato e moderno, forse anche troppo per una paninoteca. Rispetto alla precedente location hanno guadagnato qualche coperto in più. Il servizio, confermato anche da altri tavoli, ha evidenziato qualche disattenzione e scivolone che inevitabilmente ha avuto una ricaduta sui prodotti ordinati. Sicuramente ci torneremo sperando di confermare i precedenti standard

Blackburger is devastating, little to say. Amazing ingredients of monstrous quality... Hands down one of the best burger joints in Campania. Furthermore, the only one not to have raised prices whilst always guaranteeing the same extremely high quality.

The schnitzel sandwich was very good, the plated hamburger was equally good, we were very satisfied. We didn't like the corn dogs but I can't wait to eat the sandwich again.
The staff, perhaps due to the time, did not show us the availability and friendliness that we usually have but if we entered late it was because there was a crowd and it was not up to us. However, we understand the effort of the evening and we will definitely return.

An order via app, a discreet service even if with a gluten-free order management error. And then you have to wait a long time outside the venue waiting for them to call you when everything is ready.

La recensione non è dedicata alla qualità dell'offerta dei panini ed altro, tra l'altro sempre ottima ma un modo di fare esemplare. In un precedente ritiro da asporto vi era stato una loro disattenzione nella preparazione dell'ordine. In questo successivo vi è stata una "cortese carezza" accompagnata da scuse per il fatto accaduto, tanto inaspettata quanto gradita. Tutto ciò a conferma, di ciò che già sapevo, ovvero, oltre all"attenzione della qualità dei prodotti, quella dedicata ai clienti e non esclusivamente agli incassi e guadagni. Bravi!
