We've been here twice and, alas, both times disappointed. From social media, everything seems delicious, but last night was completely disappointing...
The fried food was full, and I mean, full, soaked in oil, so much so that it covered the flavors. The sandwiches were filled to the brim, but the ingredients were wasted because they were too many, resulting in a jumble.
And for me, it's unacceptable to pay €14 per sandwich or €7 for four pieces of fried food, and have it delivered to me soaked in oil. I even mentioned this to the waiter, who responded with a simple, "Oh well, I'm sorry..."
I'm sorry, but it's not worth it.
The only positive note is the very nice location.

Excellent burger, the only flaw was that we were sitting in a corner with only two people in a tight spot. The staff was fast, perhaps even too fast, as they kept looking at us, perhaps to free up the table for the next customers.

I went to BlackBurger based on the reviews and the RistoPub atmosphere, but I have to say the overall experience was rather disappointing. The food quality is decent, nothing exceptional, and the price is definitely not justified by what's served.
The portions aren't particularly generous, and the ingredients don't give the impression of being "premium," despite the bill suggesting otherwise. Furthermore, there are other similar places nearby that offer higher quality at a more affordable price.
Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it as a first choice for those looking for good value.

We ordered an appetizer for two and a sandwich each. Both times, for the appetizer and the sandwich, my plate was taken away from me while I still had the last bite in my mouth. Every 30 seconds (and I swear, it's true), a different waiter would come to check if we'd finished clearing our plates.
And it was a Wednesday, and the place was mostly empty.

The sandwich selection is extensive, with carefully prepared burgers made with select meats and fresh ingredients. The sandwiches are flavorful, the meat tender and juicy (the porcavakka in the photo was sublime). Recommended for all lovers of gourmet burgers and sandwiches: you eat well, enjoy company, and will gladly return to try new combinations.

I tried Black Burger's Metew piadina and it was a real discovery! The hand-breaded chicken cutlet is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the black pepper mayonnaise adds a perfectly balanced aromatic note, while the fries, salad, and provolone create an irresistible harmony of flavors.
But the real star is the piadina: cooked to perfection, with a light, fragrant, and flavorful dough—the best I've ever tasted. A combination of taste and quality that truly makes the difference! 👏🌯🔥

For two, we ate sandwiches and appetizers.
Pros:
Quality of meat, location, the Bastardino sandwich was really good.
Cons:
Meager appetizer portions, the Porkavacca sandwich was dry and didn't go down well, a poor combination (the fries, which contributed to the dryness, need to be reconsidered). Waitresses kick you out as soon as you're done, they bring you the bill even if you don't ask for it. The lady at the entrance was chewing gum and looked annoyed (zero professionalism). They don't sanitize the tables between customers.
