I bought a cake completely remotely! I'm in India and for my best friend's birthday I wanted to send her a nice surprise. Despite the connection problems I managed to call the bakery via Skype and they were very kind! They told me the prices of the products and what they could do! They had more classic birthday options such as sponge cake and cream, but not being a fan I decided to opt for a Sachertorte where they also made a personalized inscription and flowers! I then purchased the product through their page on Glovo, selecting products that filled the same price as the cake, which did not exist in their catalog. I then booked an order for 6 pm, the time my friend would return from work. According to her the cake was exquisite! And wonderfully decorated! What more could you want! Kind, prompt and Smart!
