We came across this restaurant through Google research. The five of us spontaneously made a reservation via WhatsApp on a Tuesday evening. Anyone who loves pizza, especially Neapolitan pizza, will definitely enjoy this place. The staff is super friendly and, above all, very attentive. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Overall, everything was perfect, and we'll definitely be back on our next vacation!

The atmosphere is rustic yet refined, with warm lighting and soothing background music. The staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The spaghetti allo scoglio was delicious, beautifully presented, and generous portions. Definitely a place to return to.

Very warm and professional service. The pizza napoletana is outstanding – perfect dough, excellent ingredients, superbly prepared. The exquisite crust and the personal greeting from the pizza chef and chef, who wished everyone a pleasant evening and bon appetit, rounded off the evening. The restaurant is immaculately clean and has a lovely, cozy ambiance. A definite recommendation.

The food is delicious here, so much so we came back twice. They are very proud of Napoli (region and football team!) and their Napoletana pizzas and it shows in the flavour and quality of the pizza they serve. Didn’t really find other restaurants in the area that serve pizzas to such a high standard. Friendly staff, clean facilities and nice atmosphere. Molto bene!

A scout for Jovannotti? You'll be left wondering. Here, you can breathe the air of Vesuvius, in a clean, welcoming, intimate atmosphere, with charming and refined corners. However, if I have to say that I'm a Juventus fan, you'll have to accept it, but it'll be worth it, because here you'll enjoy authentic Neapolitan pizza, with a crust that reaches Himalayan heights. The combination of a free beer with a special pizza is a great idea, and in any case, a marketing ploy worthy of the best Neapolitan "scugnizzo." So, if you want to eat in Taglio di Po, this is the only place to choose. Rating 8.5 and......go ahead, Jova. Job done!

I walked in at 8:02 PM. At 8:03 PM, a waiter smashed my ribs with a pizza peel, then asked, "Still or sparkling water?" The chef emerged from the oven like a primordial creature covered in boiling oil, ripped out my left kidney with barbecue tongs, and placed it on a Quattro Stagioni as a "homemade topping." When I asked for a fork, the waiter stuck it in my foot, saying that "at Gallo Nero, you eat with your soul, not your hands." At the end of the meal, I asked for the bill. They cut off an earlobe and gave it to me fried as a digestif. Then, in a calm voice, the head waiter whispered to me: "You paid with blood. Come back when you have more to give." I crawled out, toothless but with a full heart. 5 stars. I recommend the Devil with the addition of howls and internal injuries.

Pizza is heavy for me. I prefer it rolled out. It's not for me.

We often go to Gallo Nero for the pizza...Supreme! The fair prices and excellent service top it all off.
