Black Bull In Olbia

I thought I would have to give up pizza this holiday because I haven't tolerated gluten for two years. But at the Black Bull in Olbia I was able to enjoy real Italian pizza - gluten-free and incredibly tasty! The base was crispy, the topping was fresh and aromatic. A real highlight of my stay - absolutely recommended for anyone who has to do without gluten and still doesn't want to miss out on authentic enjoyment.

Excellent service and courtesy There were 8 of us for dinner after landing in Olbia. Delicious fish and pizza, even gluten-free ones, are a delight. Congratulations for having an eye also for celiacs. It doesn't take much to make a difference. Very good and very competent in serving celiacs. We will be back.

Abbiamo scelto la Pizzeria Black Bull per festeggiare la serata di Capodanno, ed è stata una decisione azzeccatissima! La pizza era semplicemente ottima: impasto perfetto, ingredienti di qualità e sapori che conquistano al primo morso. Un punto a favore va sicuramente alla gentilezza e alla professionalità del personale, sempre attento e disponibile. In particolare, abbiamo apprezzato la cura riservata a una persona del nostro tavolo allergica al germe di grano: hanno gestito la situazione con la massima attenzione, assicurandosi di evitare qualsiasi contaminazione. Tutto è stato impeccabile e delizioso, contribuendo a rendere la serata davvero speciale. Torneremo sicuramente!
