I must say that the owners and managers of the hotel are nothing short of SUPERLATIVE towards me!!! When I fell at the hotel with a sprain on the first evening after arriving, they immediately helped me and were close to me until I recovered from the scare!!! Beautiful structure, SUPER chef, swimming pool with hydromassage, spacious room, with two balconies with double exposure to the sea and mountains towards Gabicce, walk-in closet almost a small spacious room, excellent cleaning of the room with daily change of bath and bed linen. However, the dining room staff was not always up to par, with some lapses in tone and rudeness. Very good and very helpful Alessandro. Before booking and above all before leaving I had read a couple of reviews.. they are very fashionable.. and it gives you shivers.. you think.. where am I going to end up? Another time I realized that some people have to open their mouths just to breathe... and that's it. .. if you want to find something wrong .. you do it even in a 5-star hotel.. .. I'll tell you objectively about our holiday in Cattolica.. we took the Nettuno hotel.. We arrived very early.. around 10 in the morning.. and we thought we would leave our luggage at the reception.. take a walk and wait for the room to be ready.. we were greeted by the girl at the reception.. very kind.. who he explained to us how things work.. breakfast.. lunches.. dinner.. parking. Air conditioning.. etc.. he personally accompanied us to the room.. already ready from the early morning.. with a lot of patience he explained to us again how we can reach the parking lot and how we can regulate the air in the room.. I have to tell you that it works.. well too.. and it's quiet.. everything I've read is just bullshit.. the room had a sea view as requested. Small.. but this is the flaw of all the structures on the Adriatic and beyond.. I would say throughout Italy.. but the shower cubicle is large. .. a real pleasure .. after a day on the beach.. fridge.. present.. safe present.. terrace overlooking the sea present. Let's try to get comfortable... Since people have a fixed point on the brain with eating. I'll tell you... how it went for us... my husband doesn't mind... because he eats everything and more... but seeing my son (he's not a glutton and is quite particular) literally leaves the plates empty. . gave me great satisfaction.. he enjoyed choosing the menus.. three first courses.. three second courses.. for lunch and dinner.. he enjoyed getting drinks.. he enjoyed the fruit salads and ice cream at the restaurant. desert etc. for those who want more.. first they have to do some math.. and realize that they can't have caviar.. with the price they paid for it for one day.. for these.. I suggest the Gente di restaurant sea. Excellent.. but you pay.. :).. quite a bit.. I move forward... leaving the snobs behind... The breakfast overlooking the sea is WONDERFUL... The guys who do the service are very kind.. and all very helpful.. The beach is 5 m away.. the stairs of the hotel are longer.. than the road you have to cross.. The center is very close.. just as the walkway to get to Gabbice Mare is also close.. For the cleanliness freaks... I must tell you that the towels that we asked to be changed were changed... the bathroom mat changed every day... the room tidied up (beds, garbage, ashtrays etc.) without the invasion of Personal objects.. I had only one request... during my stay.. Since in the hole of the hotel there is a piano... on display... beautiful... with a ban on its use... malfunctioning... and all in need of renovation... I asked the owner was given permission to have my son do two/three tests. He is passionate about this instrument.. he was more enthusiastic about my request than I was about his "yes".. and my son even more so.. Summing up...we relaxed and spent a peaceful...relaxing week...it's a shame that when you actually start to relax...the holidays end...

Very easy to reach hotel in a truly excellent location. The rooms are basic but tidy and clean, comfortable even with children and with truly spectacular views from the balconies of both the sea and the Castle. Staff always courteous and prepared, the kitchen offers a good buffet choice (shame for some people without education and common sense but it is certainly not the fault of those who offer a service in my opinion) some dishes were really excellent! Thanks to the helpfulness of the reception, the maître and the owner who welcomed us in a great way. Thank you with all my heart We will come back for sure.

My partner and I did 4 days, a few days ago. The facility is always tidy and clean and the swimming pool is always wonderful. We ate well, there are always 3 options to choose from for lunch and dinner (meat, fish and a third which varies) and the vegetable buffet. The staff is young and kind, they work hard and listen if you ask for something.

I returned today from my stay in this hotel, when I arrived on Saturday 13th I was welcomed by the owners of the structure who were very kind and immediately available, the staff in the rooms clearly put their all into their work, but I noticed that they lack organization in managing the room, as far as the food is concerned, unfortunately I didn't feel good. In my opinion it would be nice to offer more of your typical dishes which are good (this is my personal opinion) as for the room I always found it clean, the cleaning ladies were good. Then I just wanted to know why air conditioning isn't included in the price? However, the potential is there. In the end I relaxed and I still thank all the staff and owners.

I stayed the second week of July 2024 with my partner. 80s style hotel (definitely needs a refresh) but still nice. The very friendly staff, especially Tracy, is very sweet and very helpful. Leo as an animator, despite his young age, was very helpful and funny. The cuisine and room service definitely need to be reviewed. The pizza at the partner restaurant (attached to the hotel) is fantastic.... Excellent location.

Comfortable and clean hotel. Strategic location, courtesy and friendliness of the owner and staff, cleanliness, excellent value for money. Hotel that respected and expected in every way. Pet-friendly, really rare today. Highly recommended!!!

We spent a week in this hotel and had a great time, very convenient location between Cattolica and Gabicce and private parking. Hotel facing the sea, terrace for having breakfast overlooking the sea, varied and very good dishes in the kitchen, possibility of eating in the pizzeria for dinner, abundant breakfast, renovated rooms, water available all day with self service, very nice and well-kept swimming pool estate with hydromassage and swimming against the current. Owners kind and always available.

I was in this hotel last week with my wife and son, the only discordant thing was the lack of organization in the dining room.
