5 stars for the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Excellent location for those needing access to the airport. Hotel with ample parking and a restaurant.

Comfortable hotel with spacious rooms...a little attention to cleaning!

😐 Overrated for a 4-star hotel, but convenient for short stays Hotel Galilei is a practical choice if you need to be close to Pisa Airport and Pisa Centrale train station. However, despite being rated 4 stars, it feels somewhat overrated. The rooms are clean and functional but show signs of wear, and some can be noisy due to poor sound insulation. The location is in an industrial area, which is not appealing or safe to walk around at night, and it’s quite far (about 3 km) from the historic center and the Leaning Tower. If you want to explore Pisa, I’d recommend staying closer to the city center. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is decent, but overall, the hotel doesn’t quite meet the expectations of a 4-star property. Suitable mainly for short stays or travelers with early flights or train connections.

Rooms: Large, clean space, bathroom a bit dated. The main problem was the cold in the room, as the air conditioning couldn't be turned off completely, so every time we returned, it was very cold despite the summer heat outside (this problem was partially resolved after a chat with reception, where they raised the maximum temperature). Another issue was the lack of blinds, as the curtains, despite being blackout, let in a lot of light. Being on the second floor, the slot machine room below caused disturbances at night, especially with the very loud opening and closing of the doors. Rooms are not soundproofed; you can hear everything. Service: Friendly and helpful staff, but the check-in process is extremely slow. Location: The hotel is far from everything if you don't have a car; outside the hotel, there are e-bikes available for rent via an app, and you can also call taxis. It's a 10-minute bike ride from the city center, but the roads are still quite busy. Cons: Location, air conditioning, light in the room, and a lot of noise in the room. Positives: Clean space, friendly staff, and a well-stocked breakfast with both sweet and savory options.

I didn't stay at this hotel but went there for a course exam. Clean, spacious conference room. Ample parking. Helpful staff.

Good location of the hotel, near the airport, which is very convenient. We stayed for one night. Polite staff, in the morning they helped us call a taxi. The downside is that you can hear other people very much, especially the elevator (if you are placed next to it)

Perfectly ok, one night stay hotel about 5 mins drive from Airport. Ok base if you have a car and are touristing Pisa

We booked for the Butterfly Hockey team under 14 F for the national finals and we had a great time. Welcoming, clean and comfortable rooms and varied breakfast. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back!

Good business hotel and ideal location for tourist excursions in the surrounding area.

15 minutes from the center of Pisa, near the airport, industrial area, conference center, large hall, modern style, also large restaurant, with rich buffet in the morning, everyone very kind especially the waiters, excellent room cleaning
