A very pleasant hotel with top-notch amenities and friendly service. The rooms are comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is stable – ideal for business travelers. The breakfast was also excellent. We'd be happy to return!

Perfectly fine for one night! We used the hotel for an overnight stay before our return flight from Tuscany early the following morning. The staff at check-in were friendly and spoke German with us. Because of our early departure, we were offered a breakfast box instead of the breakfast we had booked. By rental car, it's about 4 km to a parking lot very close to the Leaning Tower or to the Car Rental Return at the airport. There were plenty of free parking spaces outside the hotel both upon our arrival and in the evening after a visit to the city center. The rooms are dated, although some improvements have been made. The bed linens and towel sets were clean, but the mattress was uncomfortable. Check-out went smoothly - the receptionist was informed of our early departure and handed us the breakfast boxes. However, the contents were sparse: besides half a liter of still water and a small carton of fruit juice, there were two mini rusks with a packet of Nutella and two small packaged cookies/cakes. Due to the scarcity of alternative hotels near the airport, the hotel was acceptable for us for one night at €120 for a double room with breakfast.

Good hotel in a very convenient location near the airport and the city of Pisa. Beautiful, large and well-equipped facility with many rooms, a restaurant, breakfast room, bar, meeting rooms, and more. Friendly and prompt welcome. Spacious rooms with a reasonably comfortable double bed, a large desk for working, a minibar stocked with a few drinks (for a fee), and a safe. Small issue with the air conditioning, which would turn off automatically after half an hour, especially at night, leaving the room cold, waking me up in the middle of the night. After reporting it to reception, they changed the settings from the centralized system, and the following evenings everything was excellent. Spacious bathroom stocked with basic toiletries and a wall-mounted hairdryer. The only problem was the hot water in the shower—I don't know if it was because I was on the sixth and top floor—it went intermittently from hot to cold for 30 seconds, with a low flow rate, forcing you to shower on and off without being able to fully relax. Breakfast on the first floor in a spacious room was provided with an interesting, varied, and very good buffet.
