Antonio did everything very well. So kind and friendly!

We visited on Sunday for lunch and it was wonderfully quiet, mostly locals enjoying their meal. The view of the old town church is absolutely beautiful! I ordered the seafood pasta – a must-try when you’re on the Imperia Coast, fresh and delicious. The staff was really kind; she didn’t speak English but understood us perfectly, which made it a fun experience. The menu is only in Italian, so a little help with translation is needed, but that just adds to the authentic charm of the place! 🌊🍝⛪

An unexpected fried dish. A restaurant just steps from our Kimera Parasio vacation apartment, which I highly recommend, offers traditional Ligurian dishes and catch of the day. We had a cridité as an appetizer, split between two, followed by a spectacular fried dish. All washed down with an excellent, chilled rosé. The final dish was a nearly perfect panna cotta: (my wife is a pastry chef, so the judgment is always harsh but fair) the only thing missing was real vanilla; the rest was a little gelatine and cream. Top. I recommend booking or choosing an early time. Parking nearby.

We had a fantastic time on Saturday evening. There was a band playing live music and they were fantastic! The food was delicious too!

Unfortunately, the two dinners we had at the restaurant didn't go well. The dishes looked better than they tasted. A shame.

Il primo maggio abbiamo mangiato in questo ristorante vista sul Duomo e non potevamo fare scelta migliore . Piatti a base di pesce copiosi ma soprattutto buonissimi e un servizio veramente molto cordiale ma professionale

Mi dispiace leggere la recensione di qualche giorno fa, titolata “un incubo”, perché la mia esperienza in questo locale è stata completamente diversa!! Sono un cliente abituale e posso garantire che il cibo è sempre fresco e preparato al momento, niente di riscaldato o precotto!! Capisco che ognuno viva le cose in modo soggettivo, ma parlare di “incubo” mi sembra davvero eccessivo. Personalmente non ho mai notato differenze di trattamento tra turisti e clienti locali, e anzi ho sempre visto grande disponibilità e cortesia da parte dello staff. Il fatto che sia sempre pieno e apprezzato dalla clientela abituale — e non solo — è una conferma di tutto questo. Il menù “muratori” è pensato per chi lavora in zona e ha partita IVA: può sembrare una distinzione antipatica, ma è una formula agevolata che molti locali adottano, non certo per discriminare chi viene da fuori. Credo sia importante raccontare anche le esperienze positive, soprattutto quando si ha la certezza che dietro ci sia un lavoro onesto e una cucina fatta con cura! Come canta il buon Checco Zalone in uno dei suoi film : “quanta cattiveria in questa società” 🤣
