fantastic atmosphere, amazing food and more than excellent service. I wanted to especially thank the girl who served me and my boyfriend at dinner with glasses and long hair (unfortunately I don't know her name); It made our dinner much more enjoyable.

Alessandro was an amazing host. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at the restaurant while on vacation in Rome. It was a 5 course meal that was absolutely perfect. 1st course was beef tartare, 2nd was a fresh chicken salad with fresh vegetables, 3rd was wagyu beef flash fried with a breaded crust, 4th was wagyu beef sliders and 5th was tomahawk steak and rosemary potatoes. The ambiance was a park like setting with string lights. Just an incredible experience!!!

Fantastic location: immersed in nature, it doesn't feel like being in Rome. The garden has several outdoor tables and the internal rooms have a warm atmosphere. The food is all excellent, from starters to desserts and the wine list includes several excellent products. The price is normal.

Suggestive location immersed in the Valle dei Casali where, when you close your eyes, it doesn't feel like you are in Rome. We had dinner with my wife and opted for a 7-course tasting menu with a paired wine tasting. The quality of the raw material is indisputable! Despite other tasting menus, I can say that the portions are important 😋 congratulations also to the staff who are always present and available to provide clarifications on the different dishes! Well done, we'll be back

We celebrated our daughter's communion at the Bistrot Bio at the beginning of May. Given the number of guests, 60 in total, we were granted exclusivity of the venue, which was not a given. We found the Bistrot Bio by chance online, and before communion due to various vicissitudes we had not had the opportunity to try either their cuisine or their hospitality. Yet, when we went to visit it and subsequently set up the details of the event, we had no doubts about our choice. The environment, elegant and refined in its simplicity, the large and welcoming outdoor space and the courtesy and professionalism that Alessandro, the director and his team have always shown us did not disappoint us. We let ourselves be guided in choosing the menu and both we and our guests were absolutely won over by the care and unquestionable quality of the cuisine. First choice foods, seasonality and that touch of refinement that makes you feel important at the table. Excellent selection of wines and cake. The service and preparation of the room were also impeccable. The Bistrot Bio is a place that brings serenity, that welcomes you and: this is the feedback we received from our guests and which we were pleased to share here, in the hope that these words can also help others in choosing this small reality for their small and large events.
