BISTROT BIO In Roma

We celebrated an important event for our family at Bistrot Bio, after having already been there for dinner. Both experiences, though very different in setting (indoors/outdoors, lunch/dinner, event/dinner for two), were brilliant, even with large numbers of guests. The products are seasonal and local, as well as extremely fresh, and cooked with immense attention to detail, the blend of flavors, and presentation. All the dishes are beautifully presented. The manager is extremely affable and sincere, as is the friendly service. They are very honest and professional, without falling into formality or personal reporting. Despite our organizational difficulties, they were truly on point. The only oversight was forgetting to prepare a dessert specifically for a guest with a specific diet. But that in no way diminishes the excellence of the food, service, staff, and beautiful, well-kept venue. The dessert (strawberry millefeuille) was a huge hit! All the courses were fantastic: light yet sophisticated. No one wanted to leave! Highly recommended!!!

Spectacular place, well-kept and very elegant, a small oasis in the chaos of the city. Traditional dishes, also revisited, with a careful study and an incredible balance of flavors. Highly recommended the beef tartare and the pork with tonkatsu. To perfect the evening, the professionalism, the kindness and above all the passion that the manager transmits to the customers during dinner.

Very nice place. Informal and easy-going but at the same time refined environment. Excellent dishes and raw materials. Very high customer attention and availability from all the staff. Creates a feeling of carefree and relaxation.

I have to compliment the owner and the cooking staff, all young and knowledgeable, very good at preparing those excellent dishes that we enjoyed and savored. Beautiful place in a farmhouse with adjoining garden, excellent for summer evenings, the cuisine, as already mentioned before, superb and different from the usual restaurants, organic products at km 0 could all be felt in their flavors and aromas. I went to this place with my daughter (she also really liked the dishes she ordered) and my wife to celebrate her birthday. I will definitely return

Elegant but not formal environment, the food is of excellent quality with never banal combinations. The outdoor garden in the summer season is truly fantastic for parties and birthdays. We celebrated my wife's 40th birthday. But the real gem is the competence and friendliness of the director. Highly recommended

Sono stata altre volte in questo ristorante e ogni volta che vado sto meglio della volta precedente…ieri per la prima volta con il nostro bimbo di un anno…cibo eccellente, camerieri impagabili, gentili e preparati come se non se ne trovano facilmente…siamo stati benissimo. Il menù degustazione era squisito ad ogni piatto un’esplosione di sapori indescrivibile …prezzo contenuto per la qualità del cibo. Straconsigliato
