Bistrot 144 In Bagheria

This evening I had the pleasure of dining at Bistrot 144, a family-run restaurant and pizzeria that stands out for its welcoming and hospitable atmosphere. I decided to try their pizzas and I was really satisfied. To start, we ordered the appetizer called "house fried". I really appreciated the freshness and authenticity of the products: the chips were cut thin and with the skin on, the croquettes were soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, and the panelle, medium in size, were delicious and not greasy with oil. Afterwards, we tasted different pizzas, passing the dishes among us diners. The Bistrot pizza was a real delight: I particularly liked the combination of buffalo mozzarella, raw ham and honey, which gave it a truly special touch. The pistachios were also beautifully presented, with fresh and plentiful ingredients. In conclusion, it is a very nice place, with excellent gastronomic offerings. I can't wait to return and try their cuisine. Absolutely approved with flying colors!
