12/05/2025: Passing through San Vito dei Normanni, a little out of the way, we stopped for a coffee at the Emalu pastry shop run by pastry chef Luca Marangi, winner of the best colomba in Italy 2022 award, as part of the "Una mole di colombe" competition in Turin. For the occasion we couldn't help but try one of his creations: the ricotta and fig pasticciotto. Very good. Parking is not convenient, but stopping is a must.

19/05/2025: My family and I went on a Saturday night, of course we had booked, but it wasn't the first time, we tasted their fried food and it was delicious, then we had the pizza and it was super as always, light and made with quality products, the price is right, the owner very kind and helpful, it's a place that I recommend and I assure you that you will return.
