Best place to eat at Varenna. Very friendly staff and amazing food! Worth visiting while in Varenna

Great food and great people. Just the bathroom doesn’t have a toilet seat

Situated right in front of the church and in the piazza. Decorated nicely for Christmas with a good selection of food and drink at reasonable prices. Coffee was good as well. Carpaccio. Coteletta was bland with a frozen schnitzel between two slices of Pininni bread . Minestrone was nice

Cheaper option compared to restaurants downstairs right next to the lake. Reasonable portions. No wifi. A washroom is available in the basement. Card payments accepted.

A simple, good, efficient, and reasonably priced lunch. A nice place where locals come.

A small restaurant with good food and a great atmosphere. I recommend it 🙂 Update: I came back here after a year and still nothing has changed. The food is super delicious, the service is very friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend it again 😃

Best pasta dish we had in Italy

Food and service were very good and timely!

Service was great, servers were much kinder than many other places we visited around Lake Como. The server Michele (? Not sure if I’m butchering his name. He has dark hair and a band tattoo on his upper forearm) was so kind and welcoming. He served us 3 mornings in a row, and made delicious cappuccinos. The vibe is very cute, and prices are good. If I was a local I’d be here every day. We saw several locals visiting this bistro in the mornings, which shows you it’s actually GOOD and not just for tourists. Thank you for positively contributing to our visit to Varenna!! 💛

Very friendly, good coffee, lovely location on the town square. A good place to start the day.
