We always enjoy visiting this bistro. It has a simple interior, there are outdoor tables, and the food is fresh, down-to-earth, and sometimes sophisticated, using good ingredients. Therefore, you may have to wait a bit longer. There are daily specials on a blackboard, and many locals come here. We'd be happy to return.

The best cuisine in South Tyrol! A good selection of dishes with a special twist. Coke and Fanta are nowhere to be found, but there are great lemonades and juices. We'll definitely be back!! The best dumpling selection!

A truly delicious dish! The tagliatelle was perfectly al dente, and the venison ragout was wonderfully tender, aromatic, and delicately seasoned—just the right balance between hearty and elegant. Sitting in the sun with a good glass of wine, this meal is simply a delight to enjoy. An all-around delicious experience that calls for a repeat!

Centrally located, yet quietly situated. Sit comfortably in the beer garden and enjoy the food, which is mostly locally produced and grown in the restaurant's own garden. A pretty good concept.

11/12/2025: 🎄Best RAISIN AND CANDIED ORANGE PANETTONE❄️ Commercial, traditional panettone... this one beats them all. Not the usual heavy, compact dough we're used to, but airy and soft. The aroma and texture make it so light you'd be happy to eat more. The ingredients are balanced because the toppings aren't overpowering and you can savor their full quality. You can sense the chef's experience and skill even if you don't know him. Especially recommended if you're looking for a gift. The packaging doesn't do the product justice. Personally, tasting the butter in the scarparura gives this panettone a special edge.

07/10/2025: After the early onset of winter in 2024, we unfortunately had to leave after our overnight stay. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful day; perfect food, great drinks, and a real blast with Klara and Siggi. It couldn't be better—but with the bathroom, the two of them really stepped it up a notch. The hut is beautiful, the food is perfect, and Klara and Siggi are simply two warm-hearted Teldra...I'll definitely be back! Thank you for the wonderful time.
