Excellent and imaginative cuisine. It's worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Impeccable service, with explanations of each creation. The local wine is very fruity and dry, with a good finish. Thank you very much.

One of the best restaurant experiences I‘ve ever had. The waitress was really kind and the food was just amazing. There‘s really nothing negative i could say about this restaurant, it‘s definitely worth going. I think the prices are justified.

A wonderful restaurant with creative and exquisite cuisine from the chef. The service could not have been better! Bravo! The atmosphere is like in Milan restaurants. Exquisite appetizers, snacks, freshly baked homemade bread.. such a restaurant is rare in this region. Prices are average. Although such presentation and dishes imply a higher price tag at first glance. Cons: do not take the meat.. unfortunately it was poorly cooked. We told the waiter about it and it was removed from the bill. Everything else was beyond praise!!! Especially orangello - an orange digestif

So it was with Bistrot 96 in Bordighera: the photos on Instagram pique your curiosity, and you decide to go. The restaurant is located along the main street, a welcoming corner that already promises a special experience upon entering. The hospitality is impeccable: you are welcomed with courtesy and professionalism, the kind of attention that makes you immediately feel in the right place. Then the dancing begins. The welcome amuse-bouche opens the curtain on a cuisine designed to surprise. The perfect crumbliness of the breadsticks, the hot bread just served: small details that tell of care and passion. The menu is a journey through authentic flavours, harmonized with wisdom. For me, it was a return to the flavors of my childhood: the tartlet with peas and burrata, the asparagus risotto with confit cherry tomatoes and Taggiasca olive powder. Dishes that are not just a balance of ingredients, but a true dialogue between flavor, sweetness, accents of acidity and crunchiness, which allow you to transform a tasting into an experience to remember. A chef who knows how to respect every element, who orchestrates flavors without forcing, letting them express themselves in perfect harmony, away from clichés. Este es un restaurante encantador con deliciosa comida y buen servicio. El menú es en el estilo de buena comida, pero con precios razonables para la calidad. El primer plato fue precedido por una selección de diversión - bouche, acompañado de la mejor focaccia que he probado. Tanto los platos de ternera y paloma eran sabrosos e interesantes. También tenía una botella de vino local a un precio razonable. El servidor (Emma) era amable y servicial.
