We stumbled upon this grill house by chance without a reservation, and were greeted by a truly charming and welcoming atmosphere. Despite the restaurant being packed, a good sign! The service, while a bit slow, was friendly and helpful, which is understandable given the number of customers. Let's get to the food. The bombette nettunesi were a real revelation: delicious and a must-try! Unfortunately, the Piemontese beef burger was a disappointment. It was overly salty, so much so that I had to leave half of it out. I don't know if the bacon or the provolone were the cause, but the saltiness was just too much. Perhaps the addition of lettuce and tomatoes, as described on the menu but absent from my dish, could have better balanced the flavor. In short, a place with a great atmosphere and some interesting options like the bombette, but with room for improvement in the preparation of some dishes. If you're a meat lover and aren't in a hurry, it might still be worth a try, perhaps by specifying less salt for the burger!

Highly recommended. Very tasty steaks at a good price. I didn't have to wait long and was able to get a table even when the restaurant was full. You can see the steak being cut behind the butcher's counter, and a few minutes later, it's on your table.

I knew about this excellent restaurant but had never had the chance to visit. Now that I've tried it, it's in my top ten in Nettuno and the surrounding area, among the top three for meat. From the outside, you can't tell how spacious it is; there aren't large rooms, but many interconnected spaces, furnished in a style that makes for a pleasant stay. The meat is excellent, well-cooked, and offered in many possible variations, including original ones like the bombette nettunesi, which I absolutely must return to try.
