Biscottificio Collu In San sperate

Excellent biscuit factory, delicious Sardinian sweets, soft and fragrant. The pardule are a must-try.

We came to San Sperate from Poland specifically to see the murals. While exploring the artisan town, we stumbled upon this pastry shop, whose display windows entice us to come in and sample its wares and delicacies. Once inside, it only gets better. The staff is incredibly friendly, and every pastry is worth buying. Aesthetically and elegantly packaged, all the pastries are highly recommended, tasting just like homemade, perfection.

I live in Abruzzo and have had several opportunities to enjoy the excellent, artisanal products of Biscottificio Collu in San Sperate, thanks to a cousin of mine from Dolianova who sends them to me and rewards me with these excellent gifts. Personally, I've never tasted (and I'm not young) such delicious cookies, especially—for me—Amarettus, best paired with a good sweet dessert wine (preferably Sardinian). Thanks to Biscottificio Collu for the traditional delights they offer us.
