Biscottificio Collu In San sperate

Excellent biscuit factory, delicious Sardinian sweets, soft and fragrant. The pardule are a must-try.

We came to San Sperate from Poland specifically to see the murals. While exploring the artisan town, we stumbled upon this pastry shop, whose display windows entice us to come in and sample its wares and delicacies. Once inside, it only gets better. The staff is incredibly friendly, and every pastry is worth buying. Aesthetically and elegantly packaged, all the pastries are highly recommended, tasting just like homemade, perfection.

I live in Abruzzo and I have had several occasions to taste the artisanal products, of excellent quality, of Biscottificio Collu of San Sperate, thanks to a cousin of mine from Dolianova who sends them to me and who rewards me with these excellent gifts. Personally, I have never tasted (and I am not of a "tender" age) biscuits so good, and in particular -for me- Amarettus, to be accompanied with a good sweet dessert wine (preferably Sardinian). Thanks to Biscottificio Collu for the traditional delights that it offers us.
