I live in Abruzzo and I have had several occasions to taste the artisanal products, of excellent quality, of Biscottificio Collu of San Sperate, thanks to a cousin of mine from Dolianova who sends them to me and who rewards me with these excellent gifts. Personally, I have never tasted (and I am not of a "tender" age) biscuits so good, and in particular -for me- Amarettus, to be accompanied with a good sweet dessert wine (preferably Sardinian). Thanks to Biscottificio Collu for the traditional delights that it offers us.

I was with my wife this weekend at this shop, before going back to Sassari, an obligatory stop. A medium-small place, an atmosphere with warm colours, very clean and tidy, the shop assistants are always very kind in the information they ask for. The artisanal products at San Sperate are crumbly, sweet, colourful, from sighs to almond pastries to copulettes, amaretti biscuits and so on. Quality, competitive price, definitely worth returning.

Ogni volta che vengo in Sardegna non posso non passare da Collu perché i vostri dolci sono eccellenti a dir poco, dopo una settimana sono come il primo giorno, la signora del centro Conforama è gentilissima, se vi trovate in Sardegna dovete andare ad assaggiare queste bontà.

04/08/2025: Very, very fresh and very good! I recommend it especially after a day at the beach! We had the octopus, fish and chips and calamari, then the tiramisu for dessert! Everything was very good! The service was fast and the waitress spoke French and was very, very nice.
16/07/2025: The best in Poetto. The air conditioning is poor, and communication is almost the same as in Poetto, only Italian is spoken, but the service is very friendly and fast. The quality of the food is very high, from what I saw. The owner is the chef. You can feel that she puts her heart and soul into the food, because it's exquisite, beyond words, how delicious it is to eat there. I recommend visiting.

26/08/2025: Good and professional, courteous, very kind and above all they have excellent gluten-free pizza, and the traditional pizzas are good too.
20/08/2025: I tried this pizzeria by chance, simply because it was dinnertime, I was in the area, and they did gluten-free pizza. I was pleasantly surprised! The courtesy with which you're greeted is noteworthy (an increasingly rare thing these days in public places). The pizzas were truly excellent; I appreciated the light saltiness of the gluten-free pizza, which prevented it from becoming too salty after adding the other ingredients. The pizzas aren't large, but they're well-seasoned. It's worth noting that this is a takeout pizzeria with three tables available for dining in. So no group pizza parties! The price is reasonable! I'll definitely be back!!!
